Bij Pan Oston werken we voortdurend aan kwalitatief hoogwaardige en innovatieve checkout, selfservice en kiosk oplossingen. Zo zie je ons bijvoorbeeld tijdens het afrekenen van je boodschappen bij de plaatselijke Albert Heijn, tot aan het uitkiezen van je bestelling bij de Burger King of het aanmelden van je pakket bij DHL. Ook leveren we klantgerichte en supersterke service, zowel in binnen- en buitenland. Kom jij ons hiermee helpen?

/ Wat ga je doen?

Geen dag is hetzelfde. 's Ochtends stap je in je volledig uitgeruste servicebus en bekijk je via de tablet welke opdrachten er op de planning staan. Soms ga je langs voor regulier onderhoud, andere dagen word je opgeroepen voor een urgente storing of een complete nieuwe installatie.

Op locatie analyseer je het probleem, voer je reparaties uit en test je het systeem samen met de klant. Je geeft gebruikers tips zodat ze direct weer soepel kunnen werken. Tussendoor overleg je met planning of de helpdesk en registreer je je werkzaamheden in de service-app. Aan het einde van de dag rijd je naar huis met het gevoel dat vele klanten dankzij jouw inzet weer vlekkeloos kunnen werken.

Onze producten bevatten ook elektronica en hardware (denk aan de zuil bij de Burger King) in de vorm van printers, touchscreens, pc's en routers. Om hierbij de juiste service te kunnen verlenen heb je kennis van deze componenten. Jouw taken:

  1. Je voert installatie-, onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden uit bij klanten op locatie.
  2. Je spoort storingen op en lost deze vakkundig op.
  3. Je adviseert klanten en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.
  4. Je rapporteert jouw werkzaamheden netjes en duidelijk.
  5. Je bent het visitekaartje van ons bedrijf - met jouw klantgerichte houding maak je het verschil.
