Dit ga je doen als functioneel beheerder bij de OMWB

Collega's moeten kunnen vertrouwen op actuele en betrouwbare informatie. Rx.Mission is een belangrijk bronsysteem en bestaat uit het VTH-zaaksysteem, het Omgevingsdossier en de Samenwerkingsfunctionaliteit (SWF). Jouw focus ligt primair op het Omgevingsdossier.

Het Omgevingsdossier is een digitaal dossier dat inzicht geeft in gerelateerde zaken zoals verleende vergunningen, meldingen en besluiten. Het laat ook zien welke (kern) activiteiten bij een object horen waar het dossier op van toepassing is. Het geeft dus inzicht in wat er op een plek speelt of is toegestaan. Als functioneel beheerder zorg jij voor goedlopende processen, duidelijke werkafspraken en het verbeteren van onze informatiepositie. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert waar het knelt en denkt mee over structurele oplossingen.

Als functioneel beheerder bij de OMWB:

  • Ben jij hét aanspreekpunt en de schakel tussen gebruikers en de leverancier;

  • Vertaal je vragen en wensen van collega's naar oplossingen in Rx.Mission;

  • Analyseer je de impact van wijzigingen op onze processen en werkwijzen;

  • Richt je processen efficiënt in door gebruik te maken van de mogelijkheden van robot process automation (RPA) en AI;

  • Werk je actief samen met procesdeskundigen, data-eigenaren

  • Informeer je gebruikers over nieuwe functies en het juiste gebruik van het systeem; n en BI-collega's aan het verhogen van onze datakwaliteit;

  • Draag je bij aan de verbetering van onze functioneel beheerprocessen. Een andere manier van werken (agile) staat hierin centraal.

Team informatievoorziening

Als functioneel beheerder ben je onderdeel van team Informatievoorziening. Het team bestaat uit 22 gedreven collega's die zorgen voor een veilige en moderne digitale werkplek, het beheer van onze (kern)applicaties, actuele en betrouwbare kerngegevens, vernieuwende data- en informatieproducten en efficiënte digitale medewerkers (RPA). We onderzoeken hoe nieuwe technologieën (zoals AI) ons werk slimmer, beter en leuker kunnen maken. We werken hard, staan altijd voor elkaar klaar en nemen tijd voor ontspanning.

Vereisten

Wat breng je mee

Je bent een ondernemend en analytisch persoon en krijgt energie van goedlopende processen. Als verbindende schakel tussen gebruiker, proces en techniek leg je makkelijk verbanden en neem je anderen mee in nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Je weet datakwaliteitsproblemen te signaleren en te vertalen naar concrete verbetervoorstellen.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een richting die aansluit op het vakgebied informatiemanagement (bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfskunde, Bestuurskunde, ICT/Informatiekunde of IT & Business);

  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring binnen het vakgebied proces- en informatiemanagement. Bijvoorbeeld als functioneel beheerder of informatiemanager;

  • Ervaring met zaakgericht en Agile/Scrum werken;

  • Sterke adviesvaardigheden en een ondernemende, resultaatgerichte houding;

  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (Nederlands!)) en het vermogen om complexe informatie helder uit te leggen;

  • Kennis van VTH-processen (Rx.Mission is een pré).
