Een beeld zegt meer dan duizend woorden. Als werkvoorbereider bij Heijmans maak jij met 4D-planningen het uitvoeringsplan van indrukwekkende infraprojecten visueel. Zo draag je bij aan een soepel verloop van projecten in het hele land: van de reconstructie van knooppunt De Nieuwe Meer tot de renovatie van de A2 en A6. Jouw projecten stemmen we af op jouw wensen én woonplaats, waarbij we streven naar maximaal 1 uur reistijd. Extra pluspunt: je kunt gedeeltelijk thuiswerken.

Maak het mee

Jij brengt per fase in beeld wat er wanneer en waar moet gebeuren. Daarbij werk je samen met de hele projectorganisatie. Zo geef je inzicht in de haalbaarheid, veiligheid, bouwmethodiek en logistiek. Zie het als de generale repetitie voor de uitvoering. Kortom: een coördinerende rol waarin je zorgt dat uitdagende civiele en wegenbouwkundige projecten goed van start kunnen gaan. Doordat we bij Heijmans over de hele breedte van infra werken, hebben we veel kennis in huis en bieden we jou volop mogelijkheden om van ieder project te leren.

Je simuleert uitvoeringsplannen door 3D-tekeningen van alle ontwerpdisciplines te koppelen aan de planning;
Je verzamelt actief informatie bij je collega's op je project.
Je signaleert tijdig risico's en raakvlakken, zodat we het ontwerp of de planning tijdig kunnen bijstellen.
Je draagt bij aan faseringsdraaiboeken voor de uitvoering van bijvoorbeeld rijbaanafsluitingen, stremmingen of buitendienststellingen.
Je betrekt / informeert diverse doelgroepen, zoals uitvoerend personeel, wegbeheerders, omwonenden en de klant door hen mee te nemen in jouw planning.
Je denkt op strategisch niveau mee, bijvoorbeeld in de voorbereiding van tenders.
Je krijgt de ruimte om projectoverstijgend mee te werken aan procesoptimalisaties of digitalisering.

Binnen het bedrijfsonderdeel Centrale Projecten Realisatie werken ruim 90 gemotiveerde collega's dagelijks hard aan afwisselende infraprojecten. Bij het ene project werk je nauw samen met 5 vakmensen, bij het andere met 25. Eén ding staat vast: samen willen we goed en veilig werk leveren. Dat is wat ons verbindt. Zowel werkinhoudelijk als op sociaal vlak zijn er regelmatig momenten om met elkaar in contact te komen.

Binnen CP Realisatie geloven we sterk in de kansen die digitalisering en kunstmatige intelligentie (AI) bieden voor onze dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Jij helpt deze kansen volop te benutten, door actief mee te denken bij de ontwikkeling en implementatie van digitalisering en AI-tools.

Samenwerken gaat je natuurlijk af: je stemt af met ontwerpers, uitvoerders en andere betrokkenen om een optimaal bouwproces te realiseren. Plannen en organiseren zijn jouw 2e natuur; je houdt overzicht en zorgt dat alles strak op elkaar aansluit. Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden ben je de verbindende factor. Ook draag je praktische oplossingen aan. Met een resultaatgerichte houding en interesse in digitale ontwikkelingen in de bouw zorg jij voor een efficiënte en doordachte planning.

Verder heb je:

Een technische opleiding op minimaal mbo 4-niveau, bij voorkeur op het gebied van civiele techniek.
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring op het gebied van GWW, civiele constructies en/of (bouw)faseringen en logistiek voor infrastructurele projecten.
Ervaring met onder andere Synchro Pro/4D, planningssoftware (Primavera of MS Project) en 3D-ontwerppakketten (Civil 3D, Autocad, Revit, Infraworks).
