Als adviseur bij BMC - Data en Dienstverlening speel je een cruciale rol in het ontwikkelen van geavanceerde data-oplossingen en het bevorderen van het verantwoord gebruik van machine learning, data science en AI. Zowel bij interessante opdrachtgevers als domeinoverstijgend binnen BMC.

GIS technologie stelt ons in staat om op een ruimtelijke en daardoor meer integrale manier de gevolgen van deze verschillende oplossingsscenario’s te overzien en afgewogen keuzes te maken.

Om ons team van data adviseurs verder te versterken zijn we daarom op zoek naar een adviseur met GIS-ervaring die niet alleen technisch bekwaam is op het gebied van GIS en data science technieken, maar ook ervaring en/of affiniteit heeft met het fysiek domein.

Als GIS adviseur bij BMC ben je inzetbaar op interessante opdrachten bij verschillende opdrachtgevers. Daarnaast werk je samen met het team van gedreven data adviseurs met energie aan het (door)ontwikkelen van onze GIS-oplossingen en draag je actief bij aan de bewustwording van collega’s binnen BMC rondom het inzetten van GIS. Jij bent in staat om hen te voorzien van de informatie die zij nodig hebben, om weloverwogen beslissingen te nemen over de inzet en het gebruik van data producten.

Functie-eisen
  • Je hebt een wo-opleiding in een relevante richting, zoals Geo-informatica of Data Science.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met ArcGIS (Pro, Enterprise, Online), FME (tooling, server, flow).
  • Je beheerst programmeervaardigheden (Python of R) of bent bereid je hierin verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het werken binnen een Agile/Scrum team (pre)
  • Je hebt de afgelopen jaren gewerkt bij een gemeente, ministerie, overheidsinstelling of vergelijkbaar. (pre)
  • Je hebt ervaring opgedaan in het fysieke domein. Bij voorkeur binnen een van de genoemde vraagstukken (energietransitie, klimaatadaptatie en/of de woningbouwopgave).
Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Je wordt vast aangesteld bij BMC voor 32-40 uur per week, met flexibele werktijden. We bieden:

  • Salaris gebaseerd op jouw kennis en ervaring (€4.700,- tot €6.500,- op basis van 40 uur).
  • Individueel Keuzebudget (Maandelijkse opbouw van 11,04% van maandsalaris, inclusief 8% vakantiegeld).
