Company Address: De Witbogt 2, 5531 RC Bladel, The Netherlands

Interfood Group is a privately held dairy trading and distribution company headquartered in Bladel, the Netherlands. The company was founded in 1970 and operates internationally as a supplier and distributor of dairy ingredients and finished dairy products. Although the name “Interfood” can refer to several businesses in different sectors and countries, the most established and verifiable company using this name is Interfood Group, which maintains a substantial global presence and publishes detailed information about its operations through its official website. The company is not a pure-play software vendor, but it is a technology-enabled international business active in global food supply chains, data-driven dairy market intelligence, logistics coordination, and product application support. Interfood’s core business is the worldwide trading of dairy products and ingredients. It sources, markets, and distributes products including milk powders, whey products, butterfat products, cheese, proteins, lactose, and other dairy derivatives. The company acts as an intermediary and value-adding supply chain partner between dairy producers and industrial users, food manufacturers, and customers in a broad range of countries. Its published business model emphasizes global sourcing, sales, supply chain management, market expertise, and customer support. Rather than being limited to one domestic market, Interfood operates through an international network of offices and trading entities across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. A central part of Interfood’s activities is connecting supply and demand in dairy markets. The company works with producers to commercialize products internationally and with customers to secure ingredients suitable for food manufacturing and related applications. Its website describes the business as one that combines market knowledge, risk management, logistics, and product expertise. This means Interfood is involved not only in buying and selling dairy commodities but also in planning shipments, ensuring product specifications, managing contractual arrangements, monitoring market developments, and helping customers obtain reliable access to dairy ingredients across changing global conditions. Interfood’s product portfolio spans a broad set of dairy categories. These include skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, whey powder, whey protein products, milk protein concentrates, lactose, butter, anhydrous milk fat, cheeses, and specialty dairy ingredients. The company supplies both commodity and more specialized dairy solutions depending on customer needs. Public information from the company also indicates that it serves multiple end-use sectors, such as food manufacturing, nutrition, and other industrial applications where dairy ingredients are used as inputs. This broad product coverage allows the company to participate in a wide range of market segments within the international dairy trade. In addition to trading and distribution, Interfood provides services related to supply chain coordination and market insight. Its operations depend on handling complex cross-border procurement and sales activities, documentation, quality requirements, storage, and transportation. Official company materials highlight logistics and supply chain expertise as part of its value proposition. That makes operational execution a significant part of its business: the company must align sourcing origins, customer destinations, inventory planning, shipping schedules, and regulatory or specification requirements across jurisdictions. This supply-chain-intensive model requires the use of commercial systems, communication infrastructure, and data analysis, even though the company is not positioned publicly as a software producer. Interfood also presents itself as a knowledge-based dairy partner. Its public communications emphasize market intelligence, expertise, and relationship-driven trading. In practical terms, this means the company tracks dairy price trends, production dynamics, regional demand changes, and other commercial factors affecting international dairy flows. Customers and suppliers rely on the company for information about market opportunities and procurement timing as well as access to counterparties in different geographies. The company’s long operating history and global office footprint support this role. The group has expanded over decades from its Dutch base into a multinational organization. Its international office network has included locations in Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Asia. This structure allows the company to maintain regional market coverage while coordinating global trade. The company’s website identifies different offices and operational entities, reflecting a business model built around international reach and local commercial presence. The headquarters in Bladel remains the main corporate base. Interfood is also active in talent development and corporate growth initiatives. The company publicly promotes career programs, traineeships, and international opportunities, indicating that it invests in professional development for commercial, operational, and support roles. While this is not a primary product or service, it is relevant to understanding the organization’s structure and how it sustains global business operations. From an industry perspective, Interfood belongs to the global dairy ingredients and food trading sector. Its role is positioned between dairy manufacturers and industrial buyers, with services that support procurement, sales, product matching, and international logistics. The company’s official materials consistently focus on dairy expertise, global coverage, and long-term business relationships. There is no indication on its main public-facing sources that it is a consumer technology company or enterprise software developer. However, among companies named “Interfood,” this Dutch-headquartered group is the most prominent, established, and publicly verifiable entity. Overall, Interfood Group can be described as an international dairy trading and distribution company that sources, markets, and supplies dairy ingredients and related products worldwide. Its main services include global trading, sourcing, sales, logistics coordination, market intelligence, and supply chain support. Its main products include milk powders, whey products, butterfat products, cheese, proteins, and lactose. Headquartered in the Netherlands and active through a worldwide network, the company serves producers and customers across multiple regions and food industry segments.
