You will work within a large Belgian financial institution in Brussels, active in Financial Markets and complex IT environments. The organisation operates at scale and relies on mission‑critical systems that support trading, risk, and market operations. Continuous modernisation, efficiency, and control are key priorities.

Tasks

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives within Financial Markets

• Drive the modernisation of a mainframe development ecosystem

• Coordinate multiple workstreams using an agile, iterative delivery approach

• Build and manage project roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies

• Align and engage stakeholders across IT, business, and governance levels

• Support the adoption of modern tooling including CI/CD and AI‑enabled solutions

• Apply change management practices to ensure sustainable adoption

• Monitor progress, risks, and delivery quality throughout the program

Your skills

• Proven project management experience in complex IT environments

• Solid understanding of Financial Markets or capital markets environments

• Experience working with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Hands‑on, structured, and delivery‑focused mindset

• Fluent in English and Dutch or French
