Your Impact

Are you a generalist in marketing and growth who makes a difference? Someone who spots opportunities, draws connections, and immediately turns them into action and results? As a Marketing Growth Hacker at Supply Value, you get the space to experiment, make an impact, and structurally strengthen our visibility and lead generation.

You work at the intersection of marketing and sales: you optimize campaigns, automate processes, and test smart growth strategies. You stay on top of data, switch effortlessly with colleagues, and ensure that ideas don't remain on paper but become reality. In this way, you not only grow yourself, but also help Supply Value grow.

What we are looking for

You are an ambitious doer with analytical insight and creativity. You don't wait around, but get to work, test ideas, and continuously adjust. You are curious, hands-on, and actively experiment with new channels and tools. You understand B2B, think like a startup, and make the most of the freedom you get to turn ideas into results. You have:

• A MBO 4 diploma (or higher) in a relevant field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a dynamic environment
• Strong growth DNA: energetic, driven, and always looking for smart ways to make an impact
• Experience with growth hacking, performance marketing, or digital acquisition
• An analytical mindset: you think in experiments, A/B tests, and funnels
• Creativity and a doer mentality rooted in strategy
• Proficiency in Dutch and English and living in the Netherlands

What will you do?

As a Marketing Growth Hacker, you work closely with our team of consultants and actively contribute to our growth. You will be involved in:

• Developing, testing, and executing new campaigns (from LinkedIn to content funnels) to generate qualified leads
• Managing the marketing calendar, continuously optimizing it, and following up with consultants to ensure content is delivered on time
• Automating marketing and sales processes, such as email flows, chatbots, and retargeting
• Collaborating with the commercial team on propositions, landing pages, and conversion optimization
• Analyzing data and translating insights into concrete improvement actions and scalable growth
• Organizing inspiring events that engage our target audience
• Managing external partners, such as web and design agencies
• Implementing and further developing our AI marketing strategy and Marketing-as-a-Service for consultants

Our offer

• Salary indication: €2.825 - €4.025 gross per month, depending on experience and education.

• Hybrid working with flexible hours

• One-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment

• 25 vacation days, with the option to purchase 5 additional days based on a 40 hour work week
