Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Business Process Architect die samen met ons het team verder wil uitbouwen. Hyperautomation is een snelgroeiende beweging binnen de IT- en businesswereld en bij Incentro groeien we daar actief in mee. Organisaties zoeken steeds vaker naar manieren om hun processen slimmer, sneller en schaalbaarder te maken. Daar spelen wij op in door technologie, procesdenken en architectuur samen te brengen.

Daarnaast heb je affiniteit met innovatie. De opkomst van AI en intelligente agents zie jij niet als hype, maar als kans om processen slimmer te maken. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar hoe AI-beslissingen en agents geïntegreerd kunnen worden binnen gestructureerde procesflows en governance te houden.

Wat ga je doen

Als Business Process Architect help je organisaties om hun bedrijfsprocessen opnieuw te ontwerpen en te automatiseren met moderne technologie. Daarbij speelt Camunda een belangrijke rol als platform voor process orchestration. Tegelijkertijd kijk je altijd breder dan alleen één technologie. In onze oplossingen combineren we procesorkestratie met integraties, applicaties en automatisering. Zo werken we onder andere met technologieën zoals UiPath voor RPA, Workato voor integraties en het Thinkwise Platform voor applicatieontwikkeling.

In jouw rol beweeg je je continu tussen business en technologie. Je analyseert complexe vraagstukken van klanten, brengt hun processen in kaart en vertaalt deze naar een toekomstbestendige architectuur. Daarbij ontwerp je oplossingen die niet alleen vandaag werken, maar ook schaalbaar zijn voor de toekomst. Enterprise architectuur en procesarchitectuur spelen daarin een belangrijke rol. Je denkt na over hoe systemen samenwerken, hoe processen worden georkestreerd en hoe automatisering optimaal kan worden ingezet.

Daarnaast speel je een rol in de integratie van AI binnen bedrijfsprocessen. Je ontwerpt procesflows waarin AI-beslissingen worden meegenomen, orkestreert AI-agents binnen gestructureerde workflows en integreert externe AI-services in bestaande ketens. Je onderzoekt hoe intelligente agents bepaalde taken (deels) autonoom kunnen uitvoeren, terwijl de regie en controle binnen het proces behouden blijven.

Over jou

Wat we vooral belangrijk vinden is dat je nieuwsgierig bent, graag blijft leren en energie krijgt van complexe vraagstukken. We zoeken iemand die zowel inhoudelijk sterk is als goed kan samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders.

Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand met een stevige basis in IT en bedrijfsprocessen. Je hoeft zeker nog niet alles te weten van hyperautomation, maar je hebt wel ervaring met architectuurvraagstukken en procesdenken. Veel van onze architecten hebben bijvoorbeeld een achtergrond in IT-architectuur, BPM of integratieplatforms. Ervaring met frameworks zoals TOGAF of Archimate kan daarbij helpen, net als kennis van BPMN, microservices of API-gedreven architecturen. Ook ervaring met platforms zoals Pega Platform of Blueriq kan goed aansluiten bij deze rol.

Als architect neem je van nature verantwoordelijkheid en help je richting te bepalen binnen projecten. Je werkt met verschillende stakeholders, zowel bij de klant als binnen ons team, en weet belangen goed te verbinden. Je denkt vooruit, stelt kritische vragen en helpt organisaties om betere keuzes te maken in hun digitale architectuur. Tegelijkertijd blijf je zelf ook graag dicht bij de praktijk en vind je het leuk om samen met teams oplossingen daadwerkelijk te realiseren. Naast het feit dat je beschikt over relevante werkervaring, herken je jezelf in de volgende punten:

  • Een HBO bachelor of masterdiploma. Een opleiding met de focus Business, IT of techniek is een pré

  • Ruime ervaring op het gebied van IT architectuur, zowel functioneel als technisch

  • Ervaring met TOGAF, Archimate of soortgelijke certificaten / trainingen

  • Ervaring met proces, BPM of integratie software zoals Blueriq of Pega. Ervaring met Camunda is een pré

  • Nieuwsgierig naar AI en het inzetten van agents binnen intelligente systemen

  • Kennis van - of nieuwsgierigheid naar - de volgende technieken: BPMN/DMN, Microservices, Java of Python, API's, Databases, Docker en Kubernetes, DevOp is een pré

  • Kennis en ervaring met Integration, Apps, RPA, Lean is een pré

Het team

Je komt terecht in een gedreven Hyperautomation-cel binnen Incentro. Dit team ontwikkelt zich snel en werkt met veel energie aan innovatieve projecten. Binnen de practice combineren we verschillende disciplines zoals process orchestration, RPA, integraties en app development. Die combinatie zorgt ervoor dat we klanten echt end-to-end kunnen helpen bij hun automatiseringsvraagstukken. Binnen het team heerst een open cultuur waarin we elkaar uitdagen, kennis delen en samen bouwen aan de groei van de practice.

Wat we jou bieden

Allereerst bieden we jou natuurlijk een salaris tussen de 4000 euro en 6000 euro bruto (excl. vakantiegeld) afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
