Voor vestiging Almere zijn we op zoek naar een Financieel administratief/secretarieel medewerker ( 16 tot 20 uur pw).

Functie

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een geordend administratief proces binnen Scope. Je verricht diverse voorkomende administratieve werkzaamheden zoals de boekhouding (inkoopfacturen, betalingen, bankmutaties, Btw-aangifte), projectadministratie (urencontrole, facturering, betalingen), en de salaris- en personeelsadministratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles correct wordt ingevoerd in ons systeem. Je signaleert afwijkingen in begrotingen/resultaten en stelt financiële rapportages op richting het Management Team.

Daarnaast ben je lid van het secretariaat en voer je ook officemanagement taken uit ter ondersteuning van collega's en het management. Geen stoffige boekhoudrol, maar een functie waarin jouw kennis en nauwkeurigheid écht het verschil maken.

  • Een relevante opleiding op tenminste MBO-niveau 4
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in soortgelijke functie.
  • Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Nederlands in woord en geschrift uitstekend.
  • Kennis van Word en Excel. Geen digibeet, affiniteit met AI of automatisering is een duidelijke pré.
  • Ervaring met projectadministratie en boekhoudprogramma is een must.
