Functieomschrijving

Je valt met je neus in de boter als je nieuwe HR-instrumenten en HR-processen wil ontwikkelen en helpt gemeente Maashorst klaar te stomen voor de toekomst.

Dit ga je doen

  • Je adviseert het Directieteam en Leiderschapsteam over complexe casuïstiek en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken, Cao en lokale arbeidsvoorwaarden. Daarbij ben je aanspreekpunt voor de HR-adviseurs.
  • Je bent adviseur voor de WOR-bestuurder over vraagstukken m.b.t. de Ondernemingsraad.
  • Je bent adviseur van de gemeentesecretaris over vraagstukken van het Lokaal Overleg met vakbonden.
  • Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het voorvertalen van de HR-visie naar HR-beleid en instrumenten die aansluiten bij deze tijd en de organisatie toekomstbestendig ondersteunen.
  • Onderwerpen als flexibilisering en AI spelen hierin een belangrijke rol.
  • Je vertaalt de HR-visie en het HR-beleid door naar processen en instrumenten voor de organisatie..
  • Je coacht het HR-cluster onder andere op het gebied van arbeidsrechtelijke zaken.

Je doet dit samen met

Zo’n vijfentwintig enthousiaste en betrokken collega’s van team HR en Juridische Zaken waaronder een directe collega beleidsadviseur. Deze beleidsadviseur richt zich met name op de organisatieontwikkeling. Het team is in ontwikkeling, waarin jij bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering en samenwerking. Je werkt in een open sfeer intensief samen met directie, teammanagers en adviseurs uit de hele organisatie.

Functie-eisen

Werken in Maashorst past bij jou als je het leuk vindt om bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van onze jonge gemeente en ertegen kunt dat dit soms gepaard gaat met wat turbulentie. Het belangrijkste? Dat je eigenaarschap toont en energie toevoegt aan ons team. Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie breng je daarnaast het volgende mee:

  • HBO- of WO-niveau;
  • Ervaring met complexe arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken zoals reorganisaties, dossieropbouw, ontslagtrajecten, rechtspositionele vraagstukken en medezeggenschap.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatievaardigheden en weet hoe je effectief kunt schakelen met verschillende stakeholders, van de Ondernemingsraad, de werknemersdelegatie Lokaal Overleg met vakbonden tot en met het Directieteam en het Leiderschapsteam.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Start: zsm
  • Duur: tot eind september 2026. Indiensttreding bij de gemeente naderhand is ook een optie.
  • Aantal uur: 28 of 32 uur per week
  • Hybride werken is mogelijk (60% kantoor, 40% thuis)
  • Schaal 11 cao gemeenten (€4.465 - € 6.343 o.b.v 36 uur)

We bieden je een contract bij Randstad Professional voor de duur van de opdracht + eventuele verlenging. Je kunt rekenen op een goed arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket gebaseerd op gelijkwaardigheid met de opdrachtgever. We baseren het salaris op de schaal 11 van de cao gemeenten, daarnaast ontvang je een reiskostenvergoeding (OV 100% of € 0,23 per km), onkostenvergoeding, bonussysteem, en nog veel meer.
