Jouw vooruitzichten:

Het Digital team van Dr. Oetker is onderdeel van marketing team en bestaat uit 5 digital marketeers gespecialiseerd in content, social, CRM, e-mail en paid media. We werken voor onze merken Dr. Oetker, Koopmans en Bakken.nl. Als digital marketeer Search & Web optimaliseer je onze websites voor maximale vindbaarheid en kwalitatief verkeer, in lijn met de gestelde KPI's. Na een tijdje meedraaien binnen ons team weet je als geen ander hoe je zoekwoorden strategisch inzet, websites optimaal laat presteren en onze doelgroep effectief bereikt.

De voornaamste taken zijn:

• Je beheert en optimaliseert de content - tekst en beeld - voor onze websites op basis van de content- en productmarketingkalender: van het toevoegen van nieuwe producten en recepten tot het herschrijven van gesaneerde content en het opzetten van campagne-, winactie- en homepagepagina's.

• Hierbij ontwikkel, creëer en optimaliseer je content, gebaseerd op de communicatiestrategie, opgebouwde learnings en zoekwoordenanalyses.

• Het verbeteren van organische zichtbaarheid en rankings in zoekmachines en AI-systemen door middel van linkbuilding, contentoptimalisatie en technische SEO-verbeteringen.

• Je monitort continu prestaties en stuurt bij op basis van data, statistieken en vooraf bepaalde KPI's.

• Je werkt met diverse SEO- en keyword tools om zoekgedrag van doelgroepen te analyseren en inzichten te vertalen naar concrete acties.

• Je verkent en implementeert AI-toepassingen om processen te optimaliseren en performance te verbeteren.

• Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het digital bureau op het gebied van de searchstrategie en -executie.

• Het volgen van trends en ontwikkelingen binnen het continu veranderende search-, AI- en online marketing-vakgebied en je weet deze proactief te vertalen naar kansen en verbeteringen in de dagelijkse praktijk.

• Het proactief delen van kennis, inzichten en best practices met collega's en draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van het team.
