What you'll do

You'll be at the center of this journey: translating user needs into smart solutions, guiding colleagues through changes, and ensuring that our systems support a reliable, efficient, and future‑ready procurement function. At a closer look, you will:

  • Support and maintain M3 applications, ensuring smooth operations and quick troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into process and functional specifications and deliver effective solutions.

  • Lead integration of tools like Power BI, leveraging AI and Cloud technologies to enhance processes.

  • Manage small-scale projects, guiding system configurations and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Provide training and guidance to key users on application functionality and best practices.

  • Contribute to a global software rollout project for indirect procurement by supporting local deployments, configuration, usability improvements, and user engagement.

Who we're looking for

  • Higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Comparable hands‑on procurement experience combined with IT system affinity is also welcome.

  • Proven Infor (Lawson) M3 consultancy experience in application support, development, and management roles, preferably in Procurement.

  • Familiarity with Power BI and ION workflow/integration tools (a plus).

  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Willingness to travel between 15-30%, based on need and budget alignment.
