AI Engineer

Als AI Engineer bij Incentro heb je end-to-end ownership: van idee tot live agent. Je bedenkt en bouwt AI-agents die zelfstandig kunnen redeneren, beslissen en handelen.

Wat ga je doen

In deze rol combineer je moderne machine-learningvaardigheden met software-engineering. Je ontwikkelt AI-agents en generatieve AI-toepassingen, maar ook de infrastructuur voor evaluatie, observability en continuous improvement zodat AI-Agents betrouwbaar en meetbaar blijven.

Samen met een snel groeiend team van 35 data & AI experts bouw jij AI-oplossingen die ertoe doen. Projecten waarin je vakmanschap zichtbaar is en jouw bijdrage direct impact heeft.

Concreet:

  • Je ontwikkelt production-grade AI-agents en multi-agent oplossingen voor verschillende klanten en use cases. Dit doe je met behulp van agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph en andere frameworks als AutoGen, CrewAI, ADK ).

  • Je evalueert en fine-tuned generatieve AI modellen door het implementeren van evaluatie-frameworks, metrics en observability. Jij snapt als geen ander hoe je generatieve AI-modellen kan fine-tunen, afgestemd voor verschillende klantcases.

  • Je ontwikkelt & traint machine-learningmodellen in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) met focus op performance, explainability en betrouwbaarheid.

  • Je brengt modellen naar productie via CI/CD, versiebeheer (Git) en containerisatie (Docker). Jij houdt grip op kwaliteit.

  • Je bouwt en integreert modellen in de cloud (Vertex AI, SageMaker of Azure ML) en denkt actief mee over schaalbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid.

  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert knowledge bases op basis van RAG-gebaseerde kennis-retrievelsystemen.

  • Je past Generative AI toe via API's (bijv. OpenAI of Anthropic) en bouwt met vector search en RAG slimme, persoonlijke oplossingen.

Met wie ga je dit doen (jouw team)

Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team dat werkt aan AI projecten met impact, denk aan AI-gedreven sales-assistenten, service-agents en zelfs hele Agent eco-systemen binnen toffe enterprise-omgevingen.

We werken als product-minded AI-team aan één gedeelde multi-client oplossing, met onder andere:

  • LangGraph-georkestreerde agents

  • RAG met vector search

  • strikte guardrails en evaluaties

  • elke verbetering schaalt direct mee via CI/CD en onze modulaire platformcomponenten.

Wat breng je mee?

Essentieel:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met Python en cloud platforms als GCP, AWS of Azure

  • Kennis van ML-libraries zoals TensorFlow, PyTorch en scikit-learn

  • Kennis van GenAI & Agentic Frameworks

    Denk aan: LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc. maar ook agentic AI cloud platforms als Azure AI Foundry, Copilot en AgentSpace.

  • Interesse in (of ervaring met) Generative AI, LLM's, RAG en vector search

  • Je communiceert helder - in het Nederlands én in het Engels

Nice to have:

  • Ervaring met AI oplossingen bouwen in de cloud ( SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc. )

  • Ervaren met Docker, Git, CI/CD en het bouwen van ETL-pipelines
