Job description

We are InShared, a Dutch digital insurer that does things a little differently. Our mission is simple: make insurance fair, fast and easy using smart technology. Today, InShared operates fully online; powered by a brand-new, cloud-native platform. We are expanding internationally and scaling up our tech organization to match that ambition. Our IT teams are at the heart of that journey. They build the systems, data models and experiences that make digital insurance simple for our customers and scalable for the future.

What will you be doing?

Our platform supports thousands of users every day, handles sensitive data and must scale reliably. As we grow internationally, the infrastructure and cloud platform are critical to our success. As IT Engineer AI Solutions you will be the AI builder at InShared. Together with a team of designers, developers and business stakeholders, you will turn cool ideas into real solutions. For example by:

• Developing chat and voice solutions that help our customers in no time.

• Automating processes so colleagues have more time for what really matters.

• Spotting new AI opportunities and simply trying them out.

Besides the opportunity to help shape the future of insurance, we offer you a salary between € 55.000 and € 81.000 per year (including vacation allowance). But working at InShared comes with even more benefits:

What do you bring?

• A degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science or a similar field.

• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering.

• Experience with developing and implementing AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or a similar tool.

• Cloud experience (Azure is a big plus).

• It is nice if you have experience with n8n.

• Curiosity, guts, and the ability to make AI both practical and useful.
