Onze thema's variëren van duurzaamheid tot cybersecurity en van regelgeving tot innovatie in e-commerce.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze veelzijdige seniorrol combineer je hands-on contentmarketing met strategische groeimarketing. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige contentstrategie én de vertaling naar concrete groei in certificeringen bij onze leden, programma's en leden activatie. Je bent geen uitvoerder alleen, maar de spin in het web die de marketingdisciplines samenbrengt en een klein team van junior en medior marketers kan begeleiden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Contentstrategie & -activatie

  • Ontwikkelen en uitrollen van de contentstrategie die aansluit bij onze groeidoelstellingen voor nieuwe leden en nieuwe business partners
  • Creëren van aansprekende content over complexe e-commerce thema's: duurzaamheid, cybersecurity, regelgeving en innovatie
  • Vertalen van actuele thema's naar relevante contentvormen voor diverse doelgroepen
  • Schrijven en redigeren van artikelen, whitepapers, bluepapers en nieuwsberichten met een eigen scherpe pen (verder dan AI-tools)

Growth & Salesmarketing

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van growth-strategieën om certificeringen en en deelnemende leden aan onze programma's te laten groeien
  • Opzetten en optimaliseren van leadgeneratie-campagnes voor nieuwe leden en business partners
  • Samenwerken met sales om marketingkwalificeerde leads op te leveren
  • A/B-testen en data-gedreven optimaliseren van campagnes

Programmamarketing

  • Marketing voor ShoppingTomorrow, e-Academy, Duurzaamheid en Cybersecurity
  • Van strategieontwikkeling tot tactische uitvoering: leadgeneratie, nurturing en activatie

Ledenengagement & -behoud

  • Strategieën ontwikkelen om bestaande leden actief en betrokken te houden
  • Creëren van waardevolle content en activaties die leden binden
  • Monitoren van ledentevredenheid en -gedrag, en hier op anticiperen
  • Aansturen van alle marketingkanalen: e-mailmarketing & automation, website & landingspagina's, social media, SEO/GEO en SEA/paid social
  • Performance monitoring en rapportages: KPI's bewaken en bijsturen waar nodig

Wat breng je mee?

Essentieel:

  • Minimaal 5-7 jaar relevante werkervaring in growth marketing en/of contentmarketing
  • Bewezen track record in het realiseren van meetbare groei via marketing
  • Uitstekende schrijfvaardigheid in het Nederlands en sterk analytisch vermogen
  • Ervaring met marketingautomation, leadgeneratie en performance marketing
  • Data-gedreven werkwijze: je bent thuis in analytics, dashboards en rapportages
  • Strategisch denkvermogen gecombineerd met hands-on mentaliteit
  • Affiniteit met actuele thema's binnen e-commerce en digitalisering
