AI Software Engineer - Bouw mee aan intelligente VTH-software

Stadsbeheer bv | Zwolle | 32-40 uur

  • Risk-based toezicht: toezichtprogramma's ondersteunen met risicoselectie

  • Goede pensioenregeling, reiskostenvergoeding, aantrekkelijke leasefietsregeling

Cultuur:

Company Address: N/A

Stadsbeheer (commonly referenced as Stadsbeheer B.V. in Dutch business listings) is a Netherlands-based technology company that develops and delivers software and digital services to support municipal asset and public-space management. The company focuses on providing software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and complementary mobile applications that enable cities, municipalities, and public-works organizations to register, inspect, maintain and report on assets such as streets, street furniture, green infrastructure, lighting, and other elements of the public realm. Stadsbeheer’s solutions are designed to digitize manual workflows, centralize asset inventories, streamline work-order and maintenance processes, and integrate geospatial (GIS) data with operational and financial records to improve decision-making and efficiency. Company overview and positioning Stadsbeheer positions itself as a specialist provider of urban maintenance and asset-management software tailored to the needs of local government and related service providers. Its offering typically centers on a cloud-hosted platform that stores standardized asset registers, supports condition and inspection workflows, and automates the lifecycle management of public assets. The platform is intended to replace fragmented spreadsheets and paper-based inspection systems with a single source of truth for asset inventories, maintenance plans, budgets and contractor coordination. Stadsbeheer emphasizes ease of deployment for municipalities of varying sizes and includes tools aimed at enabling better transparency of service levels and clearer prioritization of capital and operational expenditure. Core business activities Stadsbeheer’s principal business activities include: the design, development and operation of a cloud-based asset-management platform; delivery of mobile inspection and field-work applications for smartphones and tablets; integration of its platform with municipal GIS systems and other enterprise applications (for example work-order systems, ERP or contract-management systems); provision of implementation and data-migration services to onboard customers; and ongoing software maintenance, customer support and training. The company commonly works directly with municipal public-works departments, contractors responsible for maintenance services, and consultancies advising on urban asset strategies. Stadsbeheer also provides professional services to assist clients with data capture, asset classification, condition assessment protocols and configuration of workflows that match local operating procedures. Main products and services Stadsbeheer’s core product is its cloud-hosted asset-management platform (branded under the Stadsbeheer name in company materials). Key functional areas typically promoted for the product are: a centralized asset register able to store structured records for multiple asset types; GIS-enabled mapping and visualization to display assets and inspection results spatially; mobile inspection apps for field staff to capture condition data, photos and geotagged annotations; configurable workflow and work-order modules to track maintenance tasks from request through completion; reporting and dashboarding capabilities to monitor KPIs, service-level compliance and cost drivers; and APIs or integration connectors to synchronize data with municipal back-office systems. In addition to the core platform, Stadsbeheer offers implementation services including data cleansing and migration, configuration of asset taxonomies and condition-rating schemes, and training for administrative and field teams. Some engagements also include consultancy on maintenance strategies and optimization of inspection intervals based on historic condition and intervention outcomes. Typical customers and use cases Stadsbeheer’s primary customer base is municipal governments and local public-works organizations responsible for maintaining streetscapes, parks, lighting and other urban infrastructure. Use cases include: establishing and maintaining a complete asset inventory; conducting periodic inspections and condition assessments; planning and prioritizing maintenance and repair activities; issuing and tracking work orders to in-house crews or external contractors; generating capital planning data tied to asset lifecycle models; and publishing transparent performance reporting for stakeholders and elected officials. The platform is also applicable to utility operators and companies that deliver outsourced maintenance services under contract to municipalities. Technology and integrations The Stadsbeheer platform is typically delivered as a cloud-hosted SaaS solution, with browser-based administrative interfaces and native or progressive web mobile applications for field teams. Integrations with municipal GIS systems, mapping services and enterprise systems are standard capabilities, enabling spatially aware asset datasets to remain synchronized with finance and procurement systems. Data security, role-based access control and audit trails are built into the product to meet public-sector requirements for accountability and record-keeping. The company’s approach emphasizes configurable workflows and open-data export options so that municipalities retain control over asset data for reporting, legal and archival purposes. Service model, support and deployment Stadsbeheer commonly offers subscription-based licensing for access to its platform, with tiered options based on the number of assets, active users or modules required. Implementation projects typically include an initial phase for asset discovery and data migration, followed by configuration, training and user acceptance testing before production rollout. Ongoing support and software updates are provided under standard service-level agreements (SLAs). Professional services—ranging from asset-capture exercises to advisory consulting on maintenance planning—are offered either as fixed-scope engagements or hourly support, depending on municipal needs. Summary In summary, Stadsbeheer is a specialist technology vendor delivering cloud-based asset-management and field-inspection solutions intended to modernize how municipalities and public-works organizations manage and maintain urban infrastructure. Its product suite combines centralized asset registers, GIS-enabled mapping, mobile inspection tools, work-order management and analytics to help customers move from fragmented, manual processes toward data-driven maintenance planning and operations.
