    Royal Swinkels 32 - 40 hours per week Lieshout, Noord-Brabant, Nederland

    Binnen procurement houden we ons dagelijks bezig met het inkopen van alle producten en diensten voor Royal Swinkels. Denk hierbij aan grondstoffen, verpakkingen en investeringen, maar ook aan alle marketing materialen en advertenties. Onze tactische inkopers hebben als doel om meer waarde te creëren voor het geld dat de onderneming besteedt en het continu verbeteren van de prestaties van leveranciers. Belangrijke kernbegrippen in de functie zijn: sourcing/tendering, relatiemanagement, marktverkenning, waardecreatie en leveranciers- en contractmanagement.

    Wat ga je doen?

    • Als Tactisch Inkoper indirecte goederen en diensten ( NPR ) draag je zorg voor de inkoop van producten en/of diensten ( IT, H&R, Facility ) voor alle productielocaties. Daarbij geef je de organisatie breed inkoopadvies en werk je binnen mandaatgrenzen en de inkoopscope van de inkooporganisatie.

    • Je begeleid het inkooptraject en adviseert over de uitvoering van de inkooptrajecten conform de wet- en regelgeving, de vastgestelde procedures en instrumenten.

    • In deze in deze functie is het dan ook vooral de bedoeling om de totale kostprijs van de inkopen te optimaliseren, toe te zien dat de contracten ongepast worden en ongecontroleerde inkopen tegen te gaan.

    • Je treedt op als adviseur van afdelingsmanager/budgethouder inzake indirecte goederen en diensten in relatie tot in- en externe ontwikkelingen. Je hebt een belangrijke bijdrage in de vertaling van deze ontwikkelingen naar een inkoopstrategie en gaat op zoek naar draagvlak. Je stimuleert daarbij duurzaamheid, circulariteit en innovaties, teneinde de continuïteit, het onderscheidend vermogen en de gun-factor van Royal Swinkels te vergroten.

    • Je signaleert risico's, verbeter- en/of knelpunten en verricht intern onderzoek.

    • Daarnaast geef je invulling aan de tactische inkoopkalender (tijdspanne +/- 1-3 jaar), houdt deze actueel en stemt af met stakeholders/belanghebbenden over voortgang en kwaliteit. Je draagt daarbij zorg voor leveranciers- en contractmanagement.

    Dit ben jij

    • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau (in een technische richting), bij voorkeur aangevuld met een relevante opleiding zoals NEVI I/II of vergelijkbaar, Best Value Procurement en sustainable procurement.

    • Je hebt 1-3 jaar ervaring in een inkoopfunctie of sterke affiniteit bij voorkeur in de FMCG industrie, uitgebreide kennis van het inkoopproces en aantoonbare ervaring in het begeleiden van technische aanbestedingstrajecten.

    • Daarnaast beschik je over een positieve grondhouding en een dienstverlenende instelling richting de interne klanten en externe partijen, waardoor je in staat bent om met beiden constructieve relaties op te bouwen.

    • Je bent data gedreven en kennis van processen naast de interesse in nieuwe technologie ( bv AI ) en of het gebruik hiervan.

    • Je beschikt over een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, beheersing van de Duitse taal is een pré.
