Qualifications

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 3-5 years of experience as office administrator
• Well-versed in all MS Office applications, especially in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Visio
• Experience in documentation control and records handling
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proactive and mature personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a multicultural environment
• Professional working proficiency level of English
