Modint zoekt een juridisch adviseur met focus op arbeidsrecht, maar met een brede juridische blik. Iemand die leden ondersteunt met advies, maar ook nieuwe producten ontwikkelt en actief meebouwt aan de juridische dienstverlening van morgen.

Je bent onderdeel van het team Arbeidsmarkt en werkt nauw samen met collega's van ondernemingsservice, cao, communicatie en projectmanagement. Jij bent het juridische geweten van de organisatie, denkt vooruit en weet complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar heldere en bruikbare oplossingen voor leden.

Jouw opdracht: juridische kwaliteit, praktische vertaling

Als juridisch adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het adviseren van leden over arbeidsrecht, cao's, HR-gerelateerde vraagstukken, sociaalzekerheidsrecht en arbeidsvoorwaarden;
  • Het ontwikkelen van juridische producten, formats, whitepapers en handreikingen;
  • Het reviewen en opstellen van contracten en documenten (met enige kennis van het contractenrecht i.v.m. bijvoorbeeld distributieovereenkomsten, betalingsvoorwaarden of samenwerkingsovereenkomsten);
  • Het beantwoorden van juridische vragen en het vertalen van input van externe experts naar toepasbare adviezen;
  • Juridische bijdrage aan cao-trajecten, dispensatieverzoeken, ondernemingsservice en projectontwikkeling;
  • Het vertegenwoordigen van Modint in relevante overlegorganen.

Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met een praktische, dienstverlenende houding en weet complexe materie helder en toegankelijk te maken voor ondernemers en leden.

Jouw profiel: zelfstandig, adviserend en oplossingsgericht

  • WO-opleiding Rechten, met kennis van Arbeidsrecht;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als juridisch adviseur, bij voorkeur in een brancheorganisatie of vergelijkbare omgeving;
  • Kennis van of affiniteit met contractenrecht en commerciële juridische vraagstukken is een pré;
  • Sterk in het vertalen van juridische inhoud naar begrijpelijke, toepasbare adviezen;
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en in staat om regie te nemen in juridische dossiers;
  • Ervaring met productontwikkeling (juridische tools, formats, templates) is een pré;
  • Internationale ervaring is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van of interesse in AI is een pré.
