Je bent onderdeel van ons regionale tenderteam met specialisten op het gebied van tenders, vormgeving, data, marketing en communicatie. Je werkt vanuit Dordrecht, Stolwijk, Amsterdam of Hoofddorp afhankelijk waar jouw tender plaats vindt.

Dit bouw jij

Als tendermanager is je belangrijkste opdracht om een complexe tenderuitvraag op het gebied van bouw en/of projectontwikkeling te doorgronden en te vertalen naar strategische winkansen. Je neemt hierbij de leiding om het multidisciplinaire tenderteam aan te sturen op basis van de gekozen strategie. Afhankelijk van de tenderuitvraag werk je intensief samen met directie en de projectontwikkelaar en/of planontwikkelaar.

Daarnaast houd je ervan om:

Teamleden te inspireren, actief te betrekken en helder richting te geven tot het winnende plan;

In een omgeving met veel afstemming de gezamenlijke strakke planningen en daar bijbehorende deadlines te behalen;

De kwaliteit en het proces van een complexe tender te bewaken;

Je zorgt voor een sterk stakeholdermanagement, zowel intern als extern;

De mogelijkheden van AI en data-analyse toe te passen in je werk;

Samen met het regionale tenderteam te werken aan het continu verbeteren van het tenderproces en de tenderorganisatie.

Hier herken jij jezelf in

Minimaal hbo-werk- en denkniveau, een projectontwikkel of bouwkundige achtergrond is een pré;

Minstens 8 jaar werkervaring in een tender/voorbereidende rol;

Je bent een leider die van nature mensen met elkaar verbindt, vertrouwen opbouwt en samenwerking bevordert. Je viert graag samen met collega's wanneer jullie een project binnenhalen, en lukt dat een keer niet? Dan zie jij dat als een waardevolle les waarmee je de volgende tender samen nóg scherper ingaat;
