Esta é uma vaga que tem o intuito de coletar talentos para posições futuras e é uma posição de contribuidor individual.

Strategic Vendor Services (SVS) é um serviço que visa ajudar marcas e parcerias estratégicas a se desenvolverem de maneira sustentável com a Amazon. Nesta posição comercial, como especialista de contas chave na equipe SVS, você ganhará exposição de 360 graus em todas as áreas do e-commerce, sendo responsável por todo o relacionamento com suas marcas e aconselhando seus principais parceiros de gerenciamento de contas com o seu conhecimento de negócio. Você definirá e implementará planos de ação sob medida para impulsionar o desempenho de suas marcas, monitorar as métricas de sucesso diariamente e garantir que a experiência da marca no serviço SVS esteja no mais alto nível. Você irá colaborar com as principais funções de varejo, como Vendor Managers (gerentes comerciais), InStock Managers (gerentes de Supply Chain), Finanças e Category Marketing Managers (gerentes de marketing de categoria).

Nesta posição, você irá gerenciar fornecedores de alta complexidade, trabalhando com autonomia para entregar o serviço. Você também será responsável por projetos de médio a alto impacto, atingindo especialistas de contas chave SVS em várias categorias de produtos e implementando melhorias de processos escaláveis para todo o varejo da Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
Aconselhamento de Negócios:
- Identificar oportunidades analisando dados, fornecer recomendações para melhorar as vendas com sustentabilidade e maximizar a lucratividade e crescimento do negócio à longo prazo da Amazon e do parceiro;
- Gerir relacionamento com parceiros de ponta a ponta;
- Analisar financeiramente oportunidades para atender/superar metas de receita/lucro para seus fornecedores como estabelecido no JBP como negociação de compras por volume e rentabilidade.

Seleção de Produtos:
- Facilitar o aumento do catálogo gerenciando novos lançamentos,melhorando a descoberta/navegação;
- Negociar e garantir produtos das marcas mais relevantes na Amazon.

Disponibilidade de Produto:
- Garantir disponibilidade dos produtos aos clientes ao trabalhar com um Especialista de Supply Chain para impulsionar a excelência operacional reduzindo custos/defeitos/prazo de entrega/gerenciando estoque em nossos CDs.

Tráfego:
- Recomendar campanhas de marketing/publicidade das marcas promovendo lançamentos/aumentando tráfego ou conversão.

Conversão:
- Planejar e implementar promoções, melhorar a jornada do cliente da Amazon por meio de conteúdo avançado;
- Negociar e garantir financiamento de iniciativas de marketing;
- Ter compreensão completa da indústria, sazonalidades, tendências/eventos globais, monitar continuamente desenvolvimentos da concorrência/indústria.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
- Experience with quantitative analysis including database analysis and Excel
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using SQL
- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
- Experience managing people and leading a team
- Experience performing financial or other quantitative analyses
