Company Address: Alcaldia Miguel Hidalgo Mexico City, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), 11510 MEXICO

Amazon Web Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is the Mexican legal entity of Amazon Web Services (AWS), the cloud computing division of Amazon.com, Inc. Operating as the local corporate presence for AWS in Mexico, the entity supports delivery, sales, contracting, and customer-facing operations for AWS cloud services within Mexico and for Spanish-speaking customers in the region. As part of the global AWS organization, the Mexican entity facilitates access to the same portfolio of cloud infrastructure, platform and managed services offered by AWS worldwide while enabling local commercial, regulatory and account-management interactions in Mexico. The core business activity of Amazon Web Services Mexico is to provide cloud computing services and related professional services to organizations of all sizes. These services span infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and serverless computing models. Key service categories provided by AWS include on-demand compute resources (for example, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud—EC2), object and block storage (for example, Amazon Simple Storage Service—S3 and Amazon Elastic Block Store—EBS), managed database services (Amazon Relational Database Service—RDS, Amazon Aurora, Amazon DynamoDB), container and orchestration services (Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service—EKS, Amazon Elastic Container Service—ECS), serverless compute (AWS Lambda), networking and content delivery (Amazon Virtual Private Cloud—VPC, Amazon CloudFront), monitoring and logging (Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray), and identity and access management (AWS Identity and Access Management—IAM). In addition to core infrastructure, AWS offers higher-level services such as analytics (Amazon Redshift, Amazon EMR), machine learning and artificial intelligence (Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Rekognition, Amazon Comprehend), Internet of Things (AWS IoT), developer and DevOps tools (AWS Code* services), security services (AWS Key Management Service—KMS, AWS Shield, AWS WAF), and application integration services. Beyond productized cloud services, the Mexican AWS entity supports a set of commercial and professional offerings: AWS Professional Services (consulting and solutions architecture assistance for migrations and implementations), an ecosystem of certified consulting and technology partners through the AWS Partner Network (APN), training and certification programs delivered by AWS Training and Certification, and the AWS Marketplace which provides third-party software and services deployable on AWS. Support plans (Basic, Developer, Business, Enterprise) are available to provide varying levels of technical support, architecture guidance, and account management. Pricing and purchasing options include pay-as-you-go billing, reserved capacity and savings plans, and enterprise contracts adapted for local customers and procurement practices. For Mexican customers, Amazon Web Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. acts as the focal point for local commercial engagement: sales, account management, partner development, and compliance support. The entity facilitates contracting and billing in local currency where applicable and assists customers with regulatory, governance, and residency considerations. AWS’s global compliance and certifications program is made available to Mexican customers; AWS documents and attestations (for example, SOC, ISO/IEC, PCI DSS compliance artifacts and certifications) are provided to support customer compliance and security review processes. AWS also provides a suite of data protection capabilities—encryption at rest and in transit, customer-managed keys via AWS KMS, fine-grained identity and access controls, logging and monitoring—to help organizations meet security and privacy requirements. Typical customers served through the Mexican entity range across industries: commercial enterprises (finance, retail, technology, manufacturing), government and public sector organizations, educational institutions, and startups. Use cases commonly supported include cloud-native application development, large-scale data analytics and warehousing, disaster recovery and backup, migration of on-premises workloads to the cloud, high-performance computing, and deployment of AI/ML models. AWS’s partner ecosystem in Mexico includes managed service providers, systems integrators, independent software vendors (ISVs) and consultancies that work with AWS to deliver specialized solutions and local implementation services. Operationally, Amazon Web Services Mexico aligns with AWS global infrastructure and service delivery: customers in Mexico access AWS services hosted on the same global network of Regions, Availability Zones and edge locations operated by AWS. The Mexican entity does not separately manufacture or develop distinct cloud platform technologies; rather, it delivers and supports AWS’s standard global product portfolio adapted for local commercial and regulatory contexts. AWS’s product roadmap, technical documentation, whitepapers, SDKs, APIs and developer tooling are provided to Mexican customers in the same manner as to customers elsewhere, often with Spanish-language resources, localized events, training and partner programs to support adoption. In summary, Amazon Web Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. serves as the Mexican legal and commercial vehicle through which AWS delivers cloud infrastructure, platform services and professional support to organizations operating in Mexico. The entity’s role centers on enabling customers to consume AWS products—compute, storage, databases, analytics, machine learning, security and developer tools—while providing local sales, billing, partner engagement and compliance assistance. For technical details, product lists, pricing and regulatory documentation, customers are directed to AWS’s official web properties and documentation channels where the full AWS service catalog and governance materials are published.
