We create sales plays, leverage partners, and build new initiatives that drive results for our customers. We provide critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap and work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers’ goals. In emerging areas, we play a critical role as the “first in” teams to build markets for new services, domains, or solutions with deep technical Database background. Company Address: Santiago, Región Metropolitana, Chile

Servicios Amazon Web Services Chile Limitada (commercially associated with Amazon Web Services, commonly known as AWS) is the Chilean legal entity established to represent and operate Amazon Web Services’ business activities in Chile. As part of the global Amazon Web Services organization, this entity carries out activities that enable Chilean customers — including enterprises, public sector organizations, startups, educational institutions and developers — to procure and consume cloud computing infrastructure, platform services, managed services and related technical support locally. The company’s role is to provide access to AWS’s broad portfolio of on-demand cloud services, to support local sales, partner and customer engagement, and to facilitate AWS’s compliance with regional regulatory and data residency requirements where applicable. Core business activities of Servicios Amazon Web Services Chile Limitada mirror the principal services offered by AWS worldwide: providing scalable compute capacity (for example, virtual servers and serverless compute), persistent and object storage, managed database services, networking and content delivery, developer and management tools, security and identity services, analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence services, IoT and edge computing capabilities, and application migration and modernization support. The company enables customers to deploy workloads in AWS cloud infrastructure and to integrate AWS-managed services into their IT and digital transformation initiatives. In addition to offering product access, the Chilean entity supports local commercial arrangements (such as billing and contracting for customers and partners in Chile), works with regional systems integrators and independent software vendors (ISVs), and provides channels for technical support and professional services engagement. Main products and services accessible through this entity reflect AWS’s standard service categories. Compute offerings include Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) instances, AWS Lambda (serverless compute), and related orchestration and autoscaling facilities. Storage and content services comprise Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) for object storage, Amazon Elastic Block Store (EBS) for block volumes, Amazon Elastic File System (EFS), and content distribution via Amazon CloudFront. Databases and data management offerings include managed relational databases (Amazon RDS), NoSQL databases (Amazon DynamoDB), data warehousing (Amazon Redshift), and caching services (Amazon ElastiCache). Networking and connectivity capabilities cover virtual private clouds (VPCs), load balancing, AWS Direct Connect for private network links, and AWS Transit Gateway for multi-account architectures. In analytics, security, and application modernization, customers can use Amazon EMR, AWS Glue, Amazon Athena and AWS Lake Formation for big data; AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), AWS Key Management Service (KMS), Amazon Inspector and AWS Security Hub for governance and security; and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) and AWS Fargate for container orchestration. The portfolio further extends to specialized services for artificial intelligence and machine learning (Amazon SageMaker, pre-trained AI services), developer tools (AWS CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline), IoT platforms (AWS IoT Core), mobile and application services, and managed services that simplify operations and accelerate cloud adoption. A key operational focus for the Chilean entity is enabling local data residency and compliance options for customers operating under Chilean law or sector-specific regulations. By facilitating local contracts, local currency billing options, partner enablement and direct engagement with Chilean customers, Servicios Amazon Web Services Chile Limitada helps organizations adopt cloud architectures with considerations for performance (lower latency for regional workloads), governance, and regulatory requirements. The entity also participates in the local partner ecosystem by providing training, certifications, and technical enablement to regional partners, system integrators and consulting firms so they can implement, migrate and manage customer workloads on AWS. Beyond infrastructure and platform services, the entity supports managed consulting engagements, migration programs, and training initiatives to accelerate cloud adoption across industries in Chile. AWS programs that are accessible through the local organization include professional services, AWS Support plans, Well-Architected reviews, migration acceleration programs and partner-led managed services. These programs are designed to help customers modernize legacy systems, migrate workloads from on-premises environments to the cloud, and optimize total cost of ownership while improving scalability, reliability and security. Servicios Amazon Web Services Chile Limitada operates within the broader context of Amazon’s global cloud business, which emphasizes measurable operational performance (availability, redundancy and security controls), a broad catalog of services updated frequently, and support for a wide range of global and local compliance frameworks. The Chilean entity’s activities are centered on enabling customers in Chile to use AWS services effectively, ensuring local contractual and commercial arrangements are available, and coordinating with global AWS operations to deliver technical innovations and localized support. Customers working with this entity typically rely on AWS for hosting production applications, disaster recovery, analytics, AI/ML workloads, and for building new digital services with elastic capacity and pay-as-you-go pricing. As a technology-focused legal entity tied to one of the world’s largest cloud providers, Servicios Amazon Web Services Chile Limitada is primarily engaged in cloud computing services, IT infrastructure provisioning, platform and application services delivery, and partner and customer enablement in the Chilean market. Through its local presence, the company aims to reduce barriers to cloud adoption in Chile by providing localized commercial, legal and technical interfaces to the global AWS platform and by supporting customers’ requirements for performance, compliance and regional support.
