Do you have the business savvy and the technical background necessary to help establish Amazon as a key technology platform provider? Amazon Web Services India Pvt Ltd is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for world-class candidates to join our–FSI Fintech business.

As a Fintech Account Leader for AWS India, your responsibilities will include building and driving the strategy to increase adoption, and market penetration in large Fintech accounts to build long-term business and marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a business development/sales background that enables them to engage at all levels of a customer and partner organization, including C-levels of the business and Tech. You should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a coverage plan business objectives. This is a high visibility role needing to engage CXOs of Fintechs as well as leverage internal executives to drive transformational outcomes for large Fintechs in the long term.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with the C-levels of Business & Tech for the given Accounts.
• Work closely with the Channels team to ensure that AWS India is the partner's preferred cloud computing platform across all service lines.
• Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports.
• Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS Cloud Offerings and AI offerings
• Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, GenAI and Agentic AI, Infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc)
• Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction

A day in the life
Research on the FSI Fintech domain and preparation for the day’s customers meetings and calls. Collaborate with Cross functional teams on pitches and solution demos for,

Customer meeting(s) and customer cadence calls
Stakeholder mapping
Ensure high standards and maintain SFDC hygiene
Ensure timely communication with External and Internal stakeholders

About the team
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

This team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from enterprise-level FSI customers. The team interacts with leading FSI and Fintech companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications

- 10+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or IaaS/SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)

Preferred Qualifications

- 10+ years of positioning cloud technology to CXOs in assigned region experience
