Il team CF Flex è alla ricerca di un Logistics Assistant assegnato fisicamente nell’area di Pescara, a 230 km di distanza dalla sede amministrativa virtuale FC01, Passo Corese (RI).

Ti occuperai di uno o più fornitori strategici o 3PL. Sarai responsabile del coordinamento dei processi operativi e del flusso di lavoro degli ordini dei clienti Amazon, oltre che del monitoraggio di diversi indicatori chiave di performance (KPI) e della comunicazione costante con gli stakeholder.

Poiché questo ruolo può comportare visite ai siti Vendor Flex per fornire supporto in loco, potrebbe essere necessaria la capacità di guidare.

Key job responsibilities
Responsabilità per il funzionamento efficace e continuo dei processi operativi di Amazon e partecipazione al coordinamento e allo sviluppo ulteriore di tutti i processi nell’area CF Flex, nell’ambito della partnership tra Amazon e i Vendor/3PL.
Monitorare i processi operativi chiave all’interno del magazzino, garantendo l’assenza di difetti. Questi processi includono, ma non si limitano a: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, Shipping & Transportation, Quality, Stock Integrity e Transfers.
Contatto diretto con i rappresentanti dei nostri Vendor/3PL, nonché con le funzioni di supporto Amazon appartenenti a diversi team, tra cui, ma non solo: WHS, Retail, Transportation, IT e Business Development.
Responsabilità del monitoraggio e della progressione verso gli indicatori chiave di performance (KPI) in linea con gli obiettivi generali di CF Flex.
Supporto alla rete CF Flex, inclusi, ma non limitati a: copertura dei magazzini, aperture (launch), chiusure, trasferimenti e conversioni dei siti, oltre alla gestione di iniziative di miglioramento continuo e di nuovi progetti.

A day in the life
Come Logistics Assistant, agirai come rappresentante locale di Amazon, comunicando quotidianamente con stakeholder esterni (fornitori e 3PL) e interni (senior management e altri dipartimenti, tra cui, ma non solo, WHS, Retail, Transportation, IT e Business Development).

Siamo sempre alla ricerca di modi per migliorare i nostri processi, e tu sarai una parte fondamentale nell’identificare e contribuire all’implementazione di questi miglioramenti. Avrai una buona conoscenza delle attività operative quotidiane di un Logistics Assistant, ma agirai anche come modello di riferimento per Amazon, dimostrando impegno, affidabilità, attenzione alla salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, oltre a garantire elevata qualità nei risultati consegnati.

L’organizzazione CF Flex prevede principalmente la presenza individuale del Logistics Assistant sul sito, supportata da lavoro di squadra e gestione da remoto; per questo motivo, le capacità di comunicazione sono fondamentali.

È inoltre necessaria la disponibilità a viaggiare, poiché potresti essere talvolta assegnato temporaneamente ad altre sedi CF Flex per fornire supporto.

Basic Qualifications

- Esperienza rilevante nell'utilizzo della suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in ambito professionale.
- Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana sia nella comunicazione scritta che orale (livello C1 del Quadro Comune Europeo di Riferimento per le lingue, QCER/CEFR)
- Esperienza significativa nell'analisi dei dati e nell'utilizzo di tali metriche per individuare e correggere problemi.

Preferred Qualifications
