Key job responsibilities
Las responsabilidades incluyen:

. Dar seguimiento a los proyectos de empaque con metodología lean/six sigma
. Generación de propuesta usando IA para automatizar los procesos de Packaging
· Realizar pruebas de empaque tanto presenciales como virtuales y documentar resultados
· Revisar informes de pruebas de terceros, demostrando alta atención al detalle
· Comunicarse con proveedores y clientes internos de manera oportuna y concisa
· Interactuar con partes interesadas que no hablan español, utilizando herramientas de traducción disponibles cuando sea necesario
· Registrar actividades y mantener la integridad de datos en diversos sistemas y herramientas
· Proporcionar retroalimentación sobre empaque a otros equipos de Amazon
· Participar en diversos proyectos de soporte de Empaque, tanto presenciales como virtuales
· Revisar la retroalimentación de los clientes
· Gestionar múltiples proyectos y tareas variadas simultáneamente
· Apoyar con lanzamientos y pruebas de proyectos
