Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. is the Polish limited liability company through which Amazon operates warehousing, order-fulfillment and distribution activities in Poland. As a national operating entity of the global Amazon group, the company provides the logistics, fulfillment and handling functions that support Amazon’s e-commerce marketplace and retail businesses serving customers in Poland and in cross-border European markets. The company’s principal role is to receive inventory from vendors and Marketplace sellers, store that inventory in fulfillment centers, and process customer orders through picking, packing, labeling and shipment to end customers or to downstream delivery partners. Core business activities performed by Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. include inbound receiving and inventory management, storage and inventory control, order picking and packing, outbound shipping and returns processing. These activities support multiple customer- and seller-facing programs that are central to Amazon’s retail and marketplace operations, such as Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) services for third-party sellers, Prime and standard customer order fulfillment, and logistics services that integrate inventory visibility, order routing and last-mile delivery handoffs. The entity functions as part of Amazon’s broader European fulfillment network and therefore coordinates with other Amazon entities and logistics partners across Europe to enable multi-country distribution and cross-border fulfillment where required. In its operational sites, Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. deploys warehouse management systems, scanning and sorting technologies, and automated material handling equipment to manage high-volume order throughput. The company’s fulfillment locations typically integrate software-driven inventory tracking, barcode scanning, and parcelization systems that enable accurate order assembly and shipment tracking. Amazon’s fulfillment operations also commonly incorporate robotics and conveyor and sortation systems to improve efficiency and throughput; as the local operating company for those facilities in Poland, Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. implements these technologies in accordance with Amazon’s global fulfillment standards and processes. The company’s services are oriented toward both retail customers and marketplace sellers. For consumers, the company’s fulfillment operations enable a range of delivery options, including expedited and Prime delivery services where available, by ensuring items are picked, packaged and handed off to Amazon’s delivery network on predictable schedules. For sellers, Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. offers inventory storage and order fulfillment as part of Amazon’s broader seller services, reducing sellers’ need to manage warehousing and shipping logistics themselves and enabling sellers to reach Amazon’s customer base across the region. The company also handles customer returns and refurbishment or disposition activities in accordance with Amazon’s returns policies and logistics workflows. Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. operates within the logistics, transportation and e-commerce fulfillment segment of Amazon’s business. Its organizational activities can include site-level management of health and safety practices, staffing and workforce scheduling, training and development for operational roles, and collaboration with seasonal and contracted delivery partners for last-mile delivery. The company supports regional employment in Poland by staffing fulfillment-center operations, supply-chain planning and related support roles. As a national operating entity, Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. interacts with a range of internal Amazon teams—such as operations, supply chain, safety, and IT—and external partners including parcel carriers, local delivery service providers and third-party vendors. The company’s operations adhere to Amazon’s corporate policies, regulatory compliance requirements in Poland and the European Union, and standard reporting and accounting practices applicable to a Polish limited liability company (sp. z o.o.). Public-facing information about Amazon’s activities in Poland—such as descriptions of fulfillment center functions, career and hiring information, and general corporate details—appears on Amazon’s official websites and regional corporate pages. Those pages describe how Amazon’s fulfillment network supports online retail by enabling fast, reliable delivery and by offering logistics services to third-party sellers through programs like Fulfillment by Amazon. Specific site-level designations (for example, internal fulfillment-center codes or operational unit labels) are used by the company for operational management, and the legal name “Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o.” identifies the Polish legal entity that carries out Amazon’s fulfillment operations in the country. For detailed, up-to-date information on Amazon’s sites, services, career opportunities and public disclosures relating to Poland, Amazon’s official regional and corporate websites and published press releases are the primary sources.
