Ubicación: Periférico Blvrd Manuel Ávila Camacho 261, Polanco, Lomas de Chapultepec III Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11510 Ciudad de México.
Horario: Lunes a Viernes 08:00 a 18:00 horas

En Amazon trabajamos para ser la compañía más enfocada en el cliente en el mundo, en donde se pueda encontrar y descubrir cualquier cosa que se quiera comprar en línea. Los programas de “External Fulfillment” son iniciativas en las cuales Amazon trabaja con distintos proveedores / vendedores para embarcar producto desde almacenes externos a Amazon.
Los tres roles del equipo de operaciones son:
1) el equipo de soporte en piso (Field Support Team – FST), responsable de alinear las operaciones a través de auditorías físicas (el candidato debe sentirse cómodo visitando una variedad de almacenes de los vendedores según se requiera),
2) el equipo de soporte central (Central Support Team – CST), manejando operaciones medianas, dando seguimiento a casos específicos a través del monitoreo diario y conversaciones remotas con los vendedores.
3) el equipo “Back-end” (Hands off the Wheel – HOTW), enfocado a procesos estándares y la automatización, así como ofreciendo seguimiento reactivo de indicadores a través de contactos muy reducidos con los vendedores.
Este rol está en el BACK END Team (HOTW) da seguimiento de indicadores y procesos estándar para ayudar a esos mismos proveedores/vendedores externos a tener una experiencia sin dificultades al vender en Amazon. El rol también trabaja con puntos de contacto internos y externos a la compañía siendo el intermediario entre Amazon y nuestros socios comerciales.
El puesto identifica errores operativos y prevee implicaciones con la informacion proporcionada. Analiza para encontrar causas raíz y ayuda a los proveedores/vendedores a prevenir y controlar las problemáticas detectadas, es importante la comunicación eficaz con los proveedores, así como direccionar escalaciones cuando sea necesario.


Key job responsibilities
Este rol suele estar en constante movimiento, especialmente en la Ciudad de México y su zona Metropolitana.
Monitorear el desempeño de una variedad de sitios que le serán asignados, proponer e implementar mejoras.
Analizar data de distintas fuentes, identificar la data relevante y presentarla para tomar acciones.
Prever implicaciones basadas en la data y su tendencia.
Ser organizado y preciso para notificar y actualizar cualquier situación relevante.
Ser el punto de contacto entre clientes internos y externos, teniendo en mente los objetivos y límites en la comunicación de acuerdo a la privacidad de información.
Entrenar y dirigir a las distintas operaciones de los vendedores para tomar acción y cumplir con las normas.
Encontrar causas raíz de problemáticas en la operación.
Crear y dar seguimiento a indicadores operativos, generar propuestas para nuevas metodologías de automatización.
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, organizada y de inteligencia emocional para lidiar con una variedad de proveedores y clientes internos.

Un día como Easy Ship HOTW comienza apoyando a sellers con complicaciones operativas y resolviendo incidencias en tiempo real. Coordinas con carriers (3PC y AMZL) para optimizar la recolección de paquetes y garantizar la excelencia operacional en los pickup stations. Monitoreas métricas clave como FOPS y LSR, identificando oportunidades de mejora. Lideras proyectos de mejora continua, implementas estrategias para reducir defectos de entitlement, y facilitas la comunicación entre sellers, carriers y equipos internos. Tu rol es fundamental para mantener la operación fluida y escalable del programa Easy Ship.
