Company Information

Company Name: Rightway

Company Address: N/A

Rightway is a technology-enabled healthcare navigation company that provides digital and human-led services designed to help employees, members, and employers navigate clinical decisions, access appropriate providers, reduce out-of-pocket costs, and simplify the use of health benefits. Operating as a benefits and care navigation platform, Rightway combines a member-facing mobile and web application with trained clinical care guides and data integrations to deliver personalized recommendations for care, coordinate appointments, clarify benefit coverage, surface cost and quality information, and support prescription savings. The company’s products are designed for deployment by self-insured employers, brokers, benefits consultants, and health plans seeking to improve member experience, drive utilization of high-value care, and manage total cost of care. At its core, Rightway’s business centers on care navigation services delivered through a technology platform. The platform presents members with a searchable provider directory, personalized provider matching, appointment scheduling assistance, and price transparency tools that estimate costs and compare options. Member interactions are supported by clinical care guides—licensed clinicians or trained navigators—who provide one-on-one assistance for benefit questions, provider selection, prior authorization coordination, referrals to specialty care, and management of complex or chronic conditions. Rightway emphasizes the combination of automated, data-driven recommendations with human guidance so that members receive both convenience from digital self-service and clinical context from care guides. Rightway’s primary service offerings typically include: a consumer/member application (web and mobile) for access to navigation tools and resources; a care guide service that connects members to clinicians for telephonic or virtual guidance; provider search and provider matching that factors in specialty, location, network status, quality indicators, and member preferences; scheduling assistance that can coordinate appointments on behalf of members; pharmacy savings and prescription price comparison tools to help reduce medication costs; and claims and billing support that helps members understand explanations of benefits and resolve billing issues. Many deployments include employer- or plan-facing analytics dashboards that provide utilization tracking, member engagement metrics, and aggregate outcomes intended to help benefits teams measure program performance and identify opportunities for clinical or financial improvements. Technically, Rightway’s solution is presented as an integrated stack blending front-end member experiences with back-end data integrations. The platform commonly integrates with employer HRIS and benefits administration systems, health plan eligibility feeds, and claims systems to verify member eligibility, ingest cost and utilization data, and measure impact. It also provides application programming interfaces (APIs) and partner integrations to embed navigation services within third-party benefits platforms or to support white-labeled employer deployments. Rightway places emphasis on data security and privacy controls appropriate for handling protected health information and uses analytics to personalize recommendations, highlight cost-saving opportunities, and prioritize clinical escalations for care guides. Rightway’s go-to-market focus is primarily on the employer benefits market and health plan partnerships. The company targets large and mid-market employers that sponsor health benefits and want to improve the employee healthcare experience, reduce unnecessary utilization, and lower healthcare spend by steering members to higher-value providers and lower-cost sites of care. It also collaborates with brokers and benefits consultants who integrate navigation services into broader benefits offerings. For health plans, Rightway’s capabilities can be used to improve member engagement, enhance care coordination, and support network steering with transparent information about cost and quality. In practice, Rightway products are positioned to address common pain points in consumer healthcare navigation: complicated network rules and benefit designs, difficulty identifying high-quality in-network specialists, cumbersome appointment scheduling, unexpected medical bills, and confusion over prescription prices. Rightway’s navigation model aims to reduce friction by providing concierge-style support for scheduling and referrals, offering actionable price estimates, and giving members clear guidance on benefit utilization and options for lower-cost alternatives. The service model is adaptable to a range of use cases including specialty referrals, musculoskeletal care pathways, chronic condition management, virtual care coordination, and episodic procedure planning. Rightway’s communications and materials highlight measurable employer-facing outcomes such as improved member satisfaction scores and changes in utilization patterns when members are steered to higher-value providers; however, specific performance outcomes and savings depend on program design, population, and employer objectives. The company advertises enterprise features such as customizable workflows, integration support, and reporting to help benefits teams align the navigation program with organizational priorities. For members, the emphasis is on reducing complexity and accelerating timely access to appropriate care while helping manage cost exposure through transparent price and benefit information. Overall, Rightway is presented as a healthcare technology and services company that brings together digital tools, data integration, and human clinical navigation to simplify benefit use and care decisions. Its product suite targets employers and plans seeking to improve employee or member experience, streamline access to care, and manage health benefit spend by combining consumer-facing technology with clinical navigation and analytics support.
