About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive AI-first engineering excellence efforts. Our mission is to improve engineering velocity, and you will act as a force multiplier on mission-critical, large, complex initiatives with a focus on AI enablement. In this role, you will be driving the technical roadmap that transforms how our engineering teams build software through AI-assisted workflows. This high-impact role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure, developer productivity, and the evolving landscape of AI tooling.

What you´ll do

  • Lead the end-to-end program management for Engineering Excellence / AI readiness / AI DLC rollout projects.
  • Integrate Claude Code and other AI-native development tools and skills management into existing engineering workflows for measurable productivity gains.
  • Support Engineering Platform teams in efforts to modernize CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated AI-driven testing, code reviews, and deployment orchestration.
  • Drive technical strategy and alignment across Engineering, Security, and Product leadership to address the unique challenges of AI-generated code and agentic autonomy.
  • Align roadmaps across multiple teams and domains to roll out AI advances.
  • Mentor other TPMs and engineers, raising the collective technical bar for AI-integrated program management across the organization.
  • Solve problems, improve processes, remove bottlenecks, share updates - all the TPM bread and butter, AI-assisted (by you!) to be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. You are an engineer or scientist by training.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management or software engineering leadership. You are a manager by earned experience.
Software development background with programming language proficiency and the ability to participate in architectural reviews. You are still a developer at heart.
  • Extensive experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) and a strong understanding of LLM capabilities. You are hands-on.
  • Expert-level knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native development environments. You automate at scale.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technical rollouts across multiple business units. You deliver.

Company Address: New York, New York, USA

AlphaSense is a technology company that develops and operates an AI-powered market intelligence and enterprise search platform designed to help business professionals find, analyze, and act on relevant information from a broad range of public and proprietary sources. The company’s platform is built around advanced natural language processing (NLP), semantic search, and machine learning capabilities that surface contextually relevant documents, excerpts, and signals from large collections of text-based data. AlphaSense’s solution is used to accelerate research workflows, inform investment decisions, support corporate strategy and competitive intelligence, and streamline product, legal and compliance research across organizations. Core business activities AlphaSense aggregates, normalizes and indexes large volumes of structured and unstructured business content and provides enterprise-grade search, alerting, summarization and analytics tools that enable users to rapidly locate high-value information. The company acquires and integrates multiple types of content — including company filings and regulatory documents, earnings call transcripts and presentations, sell-side equity and credit research, news and trade publications, press releases, patent filings, and other market and industry reports — and exposes that content through a single searchable platform. AlphaSense packages the platform as a subscription-based enterprise product with user management, compliance controls, and administrative features tailored for corporate and financial customers. Main products and services - Core search and discovery platform: A central product that provides semantic and keyword search across millions of documents, with relevance-ranked results, entity-aware filtering, concept-based search, and contextual document previews. The search is designed to retrieve precise excerpts and passages (highlights) rather than just full documents, enabling rapid triage of results. - AI summarization and insights: Built-in summarization features and smart snippets extract and surface key points from long documents or earnings call transcripts. These features are intended to reduce time spent reading lengthy reports by producing concise, topic-focused summaries and highlighting notable quotes, changes and trends. - Alerts and monitoring: Users can create saved searches, watchlists, and real-time alerts for companies, sectors, topics or specific search queries. Alerts are delivered through the platform and can be routed to email or collaboration tools to keep teams informed of relevant developments as they occur. - Document analytics and visualizations: Tools that provide analytics on document frequency, sentiment trends, speaker mentions, and other metadata-based views. These capabilities help users identify emerging themes, track competitor activity, and quantify attention to specific topics over time. - Integrations and workflows: AlphaSense offers integrations with common enterprise software and workflow tools to embed research into daily processes. Typical integrations include collaboration platforms, CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office products to allow for sharing, exporting and embedding of research content within existing workflows. - API and data access: For customers that require programmatic access, AlphaSense exposes API endpoints and enterprise data solutions to integrate search results and content feeds into downstream systems and analytics pipelines. Target customers and use cases AlphaSense’s primary customers include investment professionals (buy-side and sell-side analysts, research teams, and corporate development groups), corporate strategy and corporate finance teams, competitive intelligence and market research practitioners, product and R&D teams tracking market developments, and legal and compliance departments that require searchable access to corporate disclosures and regulatory documents. Use cases typically center on investment research, market due diligence, competitive monitoring, M&A screening support, product and technology scouting, and regulatory or compliance research. Technology and data approach The platform emphasizes a combination of large-scale content ingestion, entity extraction, metadata tagging, and semantic understanding to make disparate documents discoverable and comparable. Machine learning models are applied to classify document types, extract speaker and company information from transcripts, identify concepts and relationships, and generate summaries. The product also supports user-driven taxonomies, saved concepts and custom filters that reflect organizational research priorities. Commercial model and deployment AlphaSense is offered primarily under enterprise licensing and subscription agreements, with corporate-level administration and compliance features appropriate for regulated industries. Deployment is cloud-based, with multi-tenant infrastructure, single sign-on (SSO) support and administrative controls for data governance. Customer support typically includes onboarding, training, and professional services for integration and configuration. Positioning and competitive context AlphaSense is positioned as a specialized market intelligence and research search platform that complements or competes with broader financial information and analytics services. It is often compared with other research platforms and enterprise search solutions used by investment managers and corporate researchers, and is adopted where organizations require focused, fast access to a wide variety of document types and the ability to surface granular, contextual insights quickly. Privacy, security and compliance The platform provides enterprise-grade security features, standard compliance controls and user auditing capabilities intended to meet corporate security and regulatory requirements. As with other enterprise information services, customers rely on contractual, technical and process controls provided by AlphaSense to manage access to licensed content and to support internal compliance policies. Overall, AlphaSense’s value proposition centers on reducing the time required to find authoritative, relevant information across a fragmented content landscape, enabling professionals to make faster, more informed decisions by combining comprehensive content coverage with AI-driven search, summarization and alerting functionality.
