  • Smart Search: conversational search helping users discover the right content

  • Conversational BI: Analytics and insights delivered through natural conversation

  • AI Course & Question Generation: Creating questions and full courses from documents and titles

  • Content Recommendations: Personalized content discovery

Our squad is unique because we operate in one of the fastest-moving fields in tech: AI!

    Company Information

    Company Name: 360Learning

    Company Website: https://360learning.com

Company Address: 37 Rue de la Rochefoucauld, 75009 Paris, France

360Learning is a privately held technology company that develops and sells a cloud-based collaborative learning platform for corporate training and talent development. Positioned in the enterprise learning technology (LMS/LXP) market, the company offers a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product designed to combine traditional learning management features with peer-driven, collaborative course creation and social learning capabilities. 360Learning’s core proposition centers on enabling subject-matter experts inside organizations to co-create and share learning content quickly, reducing reliance on centralized instructional design teams and external content vendors. The platform’s principal functions include course authoring, learner pathways, assessments and quizzes, cohorts and enrollment management, analytics and reporting, and integrations with common enterprise systems. The authoring tools emphasize rapid course creation and editing by non-technical contributors, often allowing content to be created from recorded video, slide decks, and short microlearning modules. Collaboration features—such as peer review, comments, discussion threads, and co-editing—are designed to surface practical, tacit knowledge from employees and turn it into reusable training assets. Learning paths and curricula let administrators structure multi-step programs and track learner progress toward skill or compliance objectives. 360Learning provides administrative and analytics capabilities suited for L&D teams and people operations groups. Administrators can segment learners, assign learning plans by role or skill, measure engagement and completion rates, and export data for HR or talent analytics. The platform typically includes reporting on content effectiveness—such as question and course-level performance—and tools to iterate on learning materials based on learner feedback. Many deployments use these analytics to link learning outcomes to business goals like onboarding speed, product knowledge, or sales enablement. The product ecosystem supports integrations with identity providers and single sign-on (SSO) systems, HR information systems (HRIS), video hosting and conferencing tools, content standards (e.g., SCORM/xAPI where applicable), and workplace collaboration services. Mobile access and responsive web delivery allow learners to access short-format learning on demand. The platform is sold primarily via subscription licensing to medium and large enterprises and is typically implemented by internal L&D teams in partnership with 360Learning’s customer success and professional services resources when needed. 360Learning’s target customers span industries that prioritize continuous employee development, including technology, retail, finance, professional services, and higher education-adjacent training programs. The platform is commonly used for onboarding, product and sales training, compliance courses, management and leadership development, and skill or competency development programs. Its collaborative approach aims to reduce production time for course content and increase relevance by involving front-line employees in content creation. From a business model standpoint, 360Learning operates on a SaaS subscription basis, with pricing tiers that vary by feature set, number of learners, and service-level commitments. The company supports customers with onboarding, implementation services, training for internal course authors, and ongoing customer success to maximize platform adoption and learning ROI. The vendor also promotes resources for instructional best practices, change management, and community-driven content creation to help customers get value from collaborative learning workflows. 360Learning positions itself within the broader learning technology category alongside learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), and authoring tool vendors, but differentiates through an emphasis on collaborative, co-created learning content and rapid internal content production. The platform’s combination of authoring, social features, and analytics seeks to address common L&D pain points—slow content development cycles, low engagement with static e-learning, and difficulty scaling subject-matter expertise across distributed teams. The company provides multilingual support and configuration options to accommodate global deployments, and it typically highlights case studies and customer success stories to demonstrate time-to-value improvements such as faster onboarding, higher training completion rates, and stronger skill adoption. As with most enterprise SaaS providers, 360Learning places importance on data security, privacy controls, and compliance with regional data regulations, and offers administrative controls for user permissions and content governance. Overall, 360Learning is best described as an enterprise learning technology vendor that combines LMS capabilities with collaborative authoring and social learning features to help organizations scale internal knowledge sharing and training. Its platform is built to enable rapid course creation by employees, structured learning paths and assessments by L&D teams, and data-driven optimization of learning programs to support business outcomes.
