Job Description

Looking for Philippines-based candidates

Job Role: AI Automation Specialist

Compensation range: $2,000 AUD - $2,500 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule:  This role is expected to generally align with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration and team availability. However, the client’s preferred working schedule is 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM Brisbane time / 4:30 AM  - 12:30 PM Philippine Time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency specialising in lead generation for home improvement and roofing businesses across the United States.

The business focuses on building scalable marketing systems that consistently deliver high-quality leads and measurable growth for clients. It operates with a strong emphasis on structure, efficiency, and results, combining proven acquisition strategies with well-defined processes.

As the company grows, it is expanding into AI and automation to improve internal operations and develop new client-facing solutions. The culture is built around ownership, reliability, and long-term performance.

Role Overview: We are seeking a commercially minded and highly reliable AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimise automation systems that enhance both internal operations and client-facing services.

You will play a key role in a growing, systemised digital marketing agency serving US-based home improvement and roofing businesses. This is a newly created position with significant scope to shape how AI is embedded across the business—from internal workflows to scalable client solutions.

Initially, your focus will be on building and improving internal automation systems. Over time, you will support the rollout of AI-driven services externally, contributing to new revenue streams and operational efficiency.

This role is best suited for someone who combines technical capability with business understanding—someone who can think beyond tools and trends, and deliver practical, reliable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build automation systems using tools such as Claude Code, n8n, and Make
  • Develop AI-powered workflows including (but not limited to):
    • Voice agents
    • Sales analysis and reporting systems
    • Dashboards and data pipelines
    • Podcast and content automation
    • Internal operational tools
    • Client-facing automation solutions
  • Identify inefficiencies across internal processes and implement scalable automation solutions
  • Collaborate with the founder to translate business needs into functional AI systems
  • Support the development and rollout of AI services for external clients
  • Maintain, optimise, and troubleshoot existing automation systems
  • Document workflows and systems to ensure long-term scalability and reliability
  • Stay current with AI tools and automation trends, applying them pragmatically (not just experimentally)

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience building automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar
  • Hands-on experience working with AI tools (e.g. GPT, Claude, APIs, or AI agents)
  • Strong understanding of how automation improves business processes and efficiency
  • Ability to turn business needs into practical, scalable systems
  • Reliable, self-managed, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on real-world outcomes
  • Clear written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

  • Experience building AI voice agents or chatbots
  • Background in digital marketing, lead generation, or agency work
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting, or data visualisation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
  • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
Company Information

Company Name: Hunt St

Company Address: Unit 5, Level 2, Waverley Building, 79-85 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022

I was unable to verify a clearly identifiable, technology-focused company operating under the exact name "Hunt St" from publicly available and authoritative sources. I conducted a focused identification attempt for an entity that matches the provided name and the additional constraint that the company be related to technology; however, no single, well-documented technology company using only the name "Hunt St" (or the exact spelling with those two words) could be confidently confirmed as the most credible match. Below I summarize the verification outcome, explain likely sources of ambiguity, and list plausible similarly named entities that commonly appear in searches and that you may have meant. Verification outcome - No verified official corporate profile, active corporate website, press release, or regulatory filing was identified that lists the company name exactly as "Hunt St" and that clearly describes technology products or services. Public record searches for the exact name returned ambiguous or multiple results that did not point to a single established technology company with that exact name. Available references for entities containing "Hunt" and "Street" in their names tended to be small consultancies, property addresses, or non-technology businesses (for example, restaurants, real estate addresses, or investment firms), making it impossible to select one definitive technology-focused company that meets your specification without risking inaccuracy. Common sources of ambiguity and likely alternatives - Variations in spacing or punctuation: Some organizations use similar names such as "HuntStreet," "Hunt Street," "Hunt St." or "Hunt St" as a brand or DBA (doing business as) rather than as a legal corporate name. Those variations can point to different, distinct entities across regions, and without an exact domain, jurisdiction, or additional context (industry niche, country, or a product name) it is not possible to determine which is the intended target. - Similar or partial matches: Searches for "Hunt St" often return results for (a) small local businesses operating on a street called Hunt Street, (b) investment or advisory firms that include the words "Hunt" and "Street" in their name but are not technology companies, and (c) companies with names that include "Hunt" plus other terms (for example, "HuntStreet Capital," "HuntSt Ventures," or "Huntress"). None of these could be verified as a single, clearly technology-centric company named exactly "Hunt St." - Brand vs legal name: Some technology startups and small agencies use short brand names or stylized names that are similar to "Hunt St" on social media or marketplaces, but their legal name and official website use a different term. That makes it easy to encounter references to the brand in informal listings without a corresponding authoritative corporate website or registration record. Examples of commonly encountered similarly named entities (for clarification only) - Firms with "Hunt Street" in longer names: Several small advisory, investment, and consulting firms use "Hunt Street" as part of a longer legal name; however, these frequently operate outside the technology sector or have limited public technology-related disclosure. - Companies with related names: Names such as "HuntStreet," "HuntSt Ventures," or "HuntSt.io" occasionally appear in internet searches but could be early-stage startups, defunct brands, or unregistered trademarks. Without a stable, publicly accessible corporate website or authoritative corporate filing (for example, a government business registry or an established corporate domain), they cannot be confirmed. Recommendation and next steps - If you can provide any additional disambiguation data, I can re-run a targeted verification: useful details include the company’s country or city of headquarters, any product names, a domain name fragment, an employee or founder name, or the industry niche (for example, cybersecurity, AI, developer tooling, SaaS for logistics, etc.). Any of those will significantly narrow the search and enable identification of the correct company. - If you have a link to a social profile (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Crunchbase) or a job posting that references "Hunt St," please share it. Such links often point to the brand entity in question and allow me to extract authoritative corporate details such as the official website, address, and public contact information. Closing note - Given the instruction to select the most credible and clearly technology-related entity when multiple matches exist, I could not make a reliable selection in this case because publicly available records do not clearly identify a single established technology company named exactly "Hunt St." I prefer to avoid presenting potentially inaccurate corporate details. If you provide any clarifying detail (region, product, or a link), I will perform a precise lookup and return a fully populated structured profile with verified website, address, contact email (if publicly listed), and coordinates for the headquarters where available.
