RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS


  • Projetar e implementar soluções de Machine Learning e GenAI end-to-end
  • Definir e evoluir arquiteturas de AI escaláveis, seguras e resilientes
  • Desenvolver, treinar, avaliar e operacionalizar modelos de ML e LLMs
  • Criar e manter pipelines de dados, treinamento e deployment
  • Atuar com Prompt Engineering, RAG, agentes e orquestração de workflows de AI
  • Implementar práticas de MLOps (versionamento, monitoramento e governança)
  • Trabalhar com Kubernetes (K8s), Helm e pipelines de CI/CD
  • Desenvolver APIs, serviços e automações com foco em qualidade
  • Atuar em ambientes cloud (OCI e GCP), otimizando custo, performance e segurança

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experiência sólida como ML Engineer Sênior ou equivalente
  • Forte vivência com Machine Learning em produção
  • Domínio de Kubernetes (K8s) e Helm
  • Experiência com CI/CD aplicado a ML e software
  • Background robusto em engenharia de software
  • Experiência com arquitetura de soluções de AI/ML
  • Atuação em projetos end-to-end (E2E)
  • Experiência com cloud (OCI e/ou GCP)
  • Experiência prática com LLMs e GenAI (OpenAI, Llama, Gemini, Claude, entre outros)
  • Experiência com MLflow, Kedro, Apache Airflow ou similares
  • Vivência com RAG, agentes autônomos e avaliação de LLMs
