Als AI Engineer werk je aan oplossingen waarin data, machine learning en generatieve AI samenkomen, zoals de ontwikkeling van een netwerk van AI-agents. Wat ga je doen als AI Engineer bij Innvolve?

Als AI Engineer bij Innvolve werk je aan uitdagende vraagstukken bij verschillende klanten. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige traject en denkt actief mee over hoe AI het verschil kan maken binnen organisaties.

  • Ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van AI-oplossingen.
  • Werken met machine learning, generative AI en LLM-toepassingen.
  • Integreren van AI-modellen in bestaande applicaties en processen.
  • Meedenken over architectuur, schaalbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid.
  • Samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams met data engineers, developers en solution architects om end-to-end AI-gerelateerde oplossingen te realiseren.
  • Continu onderzoeken en toepassen van nieuwe AI-technieken.

In deze rol ontwerp en ontwikkel je slimme AI-agents die repetitieve taken uit handen nemen en bedrijfsprocessen efficiënter maken. Je bouwt multi-agent oplossingen waarbij data, systemen en workflows naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij werk je met een mix van backend-technieken en platforms waarmee je snel waarde kunt leveren.

Wij geloven dat AI pas impact heeft als techniek, data en business samenkomen. Daarom werken we binnen een multidisciplinair team bestaande uit o.a. data engineers, developers en solution architects. Samen met je collega's verdiep je je in de processen van klanten, vertaal je hun wensen naar functionele ontwerpen en werk je complete use-cases uit. Je bouwt integraties, test nieuwe mogelijkheden en zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen schaalbaar en toekomstbestendig zijn. Je blijft scherp op technologische ontwikkelingen en experimenteert graag met nieuwe manieren om AI slim in te zetten.

Als AI Engineer:

Heb je een scherpe, analytische blik en krijgt energie van het bouwen van slimme, schaalbare AI-oplossingen. Je wilt begrijpen hoe AI werkt maar vooral hoe je het toepast in de praktijk.

Naast je analytische vermogen en een gezonde dosis enthousiasme, breng je het volgende mee:

  • HBO/WO-opleiding in Informatica, Data Science, AI of vergelijkbaar
  • Ervaring met Python en AI/ML-frameworks (zoals PyTorch, TensorFlow of vergelijkbaar)
  • Affiniteit met data, cloudplatformen (Azure, AWS of GCP) en moderne AI-architecturen
  • Interesse in MLOps, productiewaardige AI en schaalbare oplossingen
  • Kennis van of affiniteit met automation platformen of libaries zoals N8N of Copilot Studio
  • Kennis van CI/CD voor AI-workflows

Een prima salaris

Wij begrijpen heel goed dat een lekker salaris belangrijk is. Wij bieden daarom een salaris van €4.000 - €6.000,- per maand, op basis van jouw kennis en ervaring.

Een vast contract vanaf dag één

Wij gaan voor de lange termijn samenwerking. En daar horen geen tijdelijke contracten bij.

Flexibel werken

Bij innvolve bepaal je zelf hoeveel uren je per week wil werken, 32u, 36u of 40u. Wel zo handig om dit goed te combineren met jouw privé situatie. Daarnaast kan je, waar mogelijk, thuiswerken en heb je flexibele werktijden. Bij Innvolve gaat het om klanttevredenheid en het resultaat, ongeacht waar je werkt.

Mobiliteitsbudget

Een leaseauto, eigen auto of toch de trein? Jij bepaalt! Je ontvangt een mobiliteitsvergoeding vanaf €800,- per maand. Wat je niet gebruikt voor mobiliteit wordt bij je brutosalaris opgeteld. Kies je voor een leaseauto, dan ontvang je hierbij een internationale tankpas.

Ontwikkeling

Bij Innvolve staat jouw groei hoog in het vaandel. Zo krijg je een persoonlijk opleidingsbudget en bespreek je samen met je leidinggevende jouw ambities en welke cursussen of opleidingen hier op aansluiten. Los van dit opleidingsbudget kan je bij ons onbeperkt (technisch) certificeren. Om je kennis up-to-date te houden mag je daarnaast ieder jaar deelnemen aan supertoffe kennisevents!
