We are seeking a skilled Copilot Automation Expert to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-driven tools. • Design and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered workflows to streamline business processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate Copilot with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel) and enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain low-code/no-code solutions for process optimization.
• Lead automation initiatives including process analysis, workflow design, and implementation.
• Monitor and improve automation performance using analytics and KPIs.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance in automation solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Copilot and automation tools.
• Stay updated with latest AI and Copilot capabilities and recommend improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in automation / digital transformation / business solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and conversational AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot or GitHub Copilot usage in business workflows).
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Workflow automation
  • API integrations
  • Data handling (Excel, SharePoint, Dataverse)
• Experience in process mapping and optimization.
• Experience with Azure AI / OpenAI services.
• Knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Finance Admin Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Finance Admin Professional to join our SSC FINOPS (Shared Services Centre - Financial Operations) team.

In this role, you will act as a key operational link between the SSC, DEME HQ AP, Procurement, and the business, ensuring efficient, timely, and compliant Accounts Payable support.

The primary responsibility of this role is PO Invoice Monitoring and receipt follow up for PO invoices entering Dynamics 365 F&O (FIN365).

In addition, the role will act as backup support for invoice processing activities related to BCD Travel and Car Fleet suppliers, ensuring continuity and workload balancing within the FINOPS AP team.

This position plays a critical role in improving end to end Procure to Pay efficiency, reducing invoice ageing, and maintaining strong financial controls.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior JAVA developer with Jython knowledge, to expand our small Maximo application Team - split between Zwijndrecht and Chennai.

You will be supporting current development, while also are open to a more versatile role of tackling configuration and integration demands within the platform in the future.
