Als Teamleider Support geef je dagelijks leiding aan een enthousiast team binnen een innovatieve supportafdeling. Jij zorgt ervoor dat je collega’s het beste uit zichzelf halen, begeleidt en coacht hen in hun groei, en werkt actief mee waar nodig. Je bent het aanspreekpunt bij complexe klantvragen, ondersteunt bij escalaties en helpt de samenwerking met andere afdelingen te versterken.

Samen met jouw team ga je continu op zoek naar verbeteringen in processen en systemen, bijvoorbeeld door het opstellen en uitvoeren van vernieuwende plannen of het integreren van AI in de supportafdeling. Als Teamleider Support ben je ook een stukje analytisch bezig en houdt je toezicht over de te behandelen tickets.

Je werkt op een moderne locatie in ’s-Hertogenbosch, samen met een enthousiast team van zo’n 30 professionals. Jouw team bestaat uit 5 collega's! Er heerst een open, informele sfeer waarin je veel vrijheid krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen en initiatieven te nemen. De standaard werktijden zijn van 08:30 tot 17:30, maar in overleg kun je flexibel starten. Om de 5 weken draai je mee in een oproepdienst. Klanten kunnen vanaf 07:00 s'-ochtends en na sluitingstijd bellen tot 20:00 voor eventuele storingen. Voor deze week, krijg je 2 extra verlofuren erbij!
