Een goeie baan barstensvol afwisseling: van interne tot inwonerscommunicatie, en van crisis-, project- tot raadscommunicatie. Als Communicatiemedewerker bij gemeente Maashorst ben jij bij alle vakdisciplines betrokken en breng je onze inwoners op de hoogte over onderwerpen die écht belangrijk zijn.

Binnen de jonge gemeente voer je samen met een fijn communicatieteam van 12 betrokken collega’s de communicatieplannen uit. Je zet de kaders uit voor evenementen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, coördineren en controleren van content op het intranet en de gemeentepagina's. Om te zorgen dat jij je snel op je plek voelt, staat er een buddy voor je klaar. Randstad Professional ondersteunt jouw ontwikkeling als mentor, zodat je in de volle breedte van het vakgebied kunt groeien en echt impact kunt maken vanaf dag één.

Belangrijkste resultaten:

  • Je voert de communicatieplannen succesvol uit op het gebied van arbeidsmarkt-, online-, project- en raadscommunicatie.
  • Je beheert, coördineert en controleert de content op het intranet, de gemeentepagina in weekbladen en de informatieschermen.
  • Je zet heldere kaders uit voor komende evenementen, zoals de open dag, personeelsbijeenkomsten en de ontvangst van nieuwe inwoners.
  • Je onderhoudt en versterkt de contacten door het hele gemeentehuis en werkt nauw samen met de (bestuurs)communicatieadviseurs.
  • Je vertaalt complexe onderwerpen rondom woningbouw, dienstverlening, veiligheid en zorg naar heldere inwonerscommunicatie.

Functie-eisen

Jij bent succesvol als...

  • Je beschikt over een afgerond hbo-diploma in de richting van communicatie.
  • Je hebt ten minste twee jaar werkervaring in het communicatievak, bij voorkeur binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over aantoonbare kennis van (online) media en nieuwe communicatiemiddelen.

Let op: de 36 uur wordt verdeeld over 5 dagen waarbij je 1 tot 1,5 dag vanuit huis kunt werken.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Een salaris tussen de €3.206,- en €4.499,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur (conform schaal 8 CAO gemeente)
  • Een contract van z.s.m.voor 3 maanden met de kans op 1 tot 2 maanden verlenging, voor 36 uur per week
  • Een maandelijks individueel keuzebudget (IKB) van 8,76% van jouw salaris dat je flexibel kunt inzetten
  • 25 vakantiedagen; 5 dagen kun je laten opnemen in het IKB budget
